Room was clean and a nice size. However there was no place to put your luggage except the bed or the floor - no luggage holder. I had to ask for soap, shampoo and toilet paper as there was none in the room and window blinds were on the floor with no covering on the window. And no coffee maker and didn’t see an ice machine and no breakfast. This hotel should be rated very good not exceptional

This location was absolutely disgusting. The front desk staff were pleasant and professional and the General Manager issued me a full refund. Why might you ask? As soon as I checked in and went into my room within 5 minutes there were roaches crawling on the wall and floor. I killed 5 within 30 seconds and my husband and I High tailed it out of there. No excuse for that.

Whats fully roaches fir every where when we get to our room we left our stuffs when we came back from eat and turn on the lights a lot a roaches for every where was disgusting . The elevator and hotel smell very bad..
They said sorry and refund my money after 5 business days. I need to look for other hotel late night alone with my kids and paid a lot because same day booking are more expensive . Dont recommended!

Not from the area and needed a last minute place for me (young female) and my mother and my baby to stay for the night. Booked online. When we got to the hotel, I was scared to get out of my vehicle because of the environment around the hotel. It is IN THE WOODS, there were tons of people in the parking lot, children racing on scooters at midnight, sheets hanging in the window, and not even an employee on site. I didn’t even check in, I left and a requested a refund which I was hoping they would allow due to circumstances. They did not. So not only was I out of $100 because I was scared to even get out of my car, but the hotel wouldnt even refund me when I didn’t check in.

The property was not was was shown on the pictures. It was in very poor condition and in a very sketchy area. Also, the odor throughout the hotel was unimaginable. It truly smelled like death the moment you walked out of the small lobby area and continued in the elevator and hallways. When I entered the bedroom I heard water running and turns out there was a leak in the bathroom coming from the tub. It was just not what I was wanting to walk into after driving 8 hours. Also, not to mention that ******* Charged me for the booking and so did the hotel.

I booked my room the same morning of my requested stay. I arrived early to see if I could check in early. At 11:45am the was no staff on site. Called corporate they said someone should be there. Left for our event came back at 4:30 still no one at the front desk. About 20 mins later a very unprofessionally dressed man came down. After asking the gentleman in front of me how he could help him (he was there to check in as well) he looked back and asked me how he could help me and when I said I was there to check in he pointed to a sign haning on the wall they were over booked. He proceeded to tell me they had not charged me and would not charge me. I left to find another place for the night. I received a message at 1:30am from my bank they charged me for the room!!
