I never complain about a stay BUT when I got there they told me they were overbooked and it was first come first serve. I virtually checked in at 2pm from my phone. So I had to wait to see if they had ANY available rooms. When I did get a room, I went to the room and A GUEST was already in the room. I had to apologize over and over again to her. I finally got a room with no one in it. Then after we checked out, I realized I left a pillow and blanket in there. I called to see if they could get it and keep it behind they counter and they said they could not get a hold of housekeeping. We had long checked out so we would have a family member get the belongings for me. They said the family member would have to go upstairs to the room and find the belongings! Never again will I stay at this hotel!
