I didn't get the check in email at first so i had to call them, but after they it was a breeze. My room was a little small so there wasn't much room to store and manage my luggage easily. The shower stall was a little small so you either touched the shower fixture or the cold curtain. I liked how the bathroom floor was heated so if it got wet especially from the shower, it dried quickly. I made use of the kitchen so that was a plus. It is inexpensive, less than a block from bus/tram stop which takes 5-10 minutes to main Old Town area. I had a balcony which was nice, however it was still pretty cold out.

Comfortable and clean apartment with fridge, kettle, induction hob etc Public transport links right outside the apartment. Would stay again.

The room was nice, very clean and quiet and the bed was excellent. There were all the facilities in the room we needed, even a real coffee machine and not a capsule one.

The hotel standard with the cosiness of a flat - in a central location. The old town and a major shopping center are close. A smaller shop is on the other side of the street. The house and appartement are very clean and quiet.

Because you will always get a comfortable bed, clean space, and unexpected luxuries you simply won't find anywhere else. Every time I go to Tallinn, I try to stay with Bob W. Their reputation for quality and consistency is one less thing to worry about when you're traveling. You can't go wrong.

Excellent company and service, thank you and we coming soon back to same place. We was enjoying so much. I can recommand so much this place. Go and try it. Very good. Guality time at Bob W and room was great.

Nice hotel, excellent value. Highly recommend! We will come back! Nice and safety area. Modern apartment. Very good for couples or friends. I miss a little bit seating place like sofa, chairs was not so good for me (I have back problems).

The place is cosy and clean. It has all you need for a holiday stay. A comfortable bed, a small kitchen to make your meals, great decor. The Old Town is 20 min on foot. It has good wifi connection. Would recommend.

The apartment was a serene place to be, beautifully designed and perfect for my purposes. It was extremely clean. It was practical to have a hob for cooking (though I had to google how to switch it on). There was always hot water. The room was very quiet with the window facing the yard. Everything was as expected and as in the photos. As one review mentioned, some visitors don't wash up properly, but I washed what I needed on the first day and then knew things were clean. Having a single code for getting into the building, the lift and the room worked well - I received the code by text message and by email the day before arrival. The tram to the city centre and a supermarket are very near to the building. Would come here again!
