The hotel is dated but beds are comfortable. Breakfast lacks fresh fruits, muffins, and bakery items which other same grade hotels offer. Hot and cold water are available 24/7 by the lobby and it is a good feature.

The location was perfect. Breakfast was okay. The only issue I had was regarding my wakeup call. I asked for 6AM, unfortunately it came at 5AM. They must not have changed the clock.

I walked in and realized that the hotel was old with a musty smell. I also had an uneasy feeling of being unsafe. Check in was very easy. We walked into the elevator and again were met with a musty order. Same with our room- musty smell. The air conditioner was also very load. We were too tired to leave so we stayed the night. Difficult to sleep with a very loud air conditioner. I woke up with stuffy and swollen face. Mold?? Will not stay there again. Would NOT recommend.

Very nice property. Convienient location to many restaurants and attractions. Hotel staff was friendly and efficient. Recently remodeled. Breakfast bar was adequate and very well maintained.

We stayed the night before our cruise. We arrived early the manager allowed us to check in early. We also stayed the night after we got off of our cruise. This property was clean. Friendly staff, but the manager was the best by far any hotel that I have ever been to this manager was friendly, accommodating, helpful anything than you needed he took care of you. This is highly recommended to stay. The rooms were clean friendly staff. you will not be disappointed with this property close to the airport close to the port. If you’re cruising definitely above and beyond especially the manager, I didn’t catch his name but very great management.

The staff was very nice. We couldn't get any of the remotes they gave us to work on the TV. It was clean and good for a 1-2 night stay, but I wouldn't stay there for a longer vacation.

Bathrooms are very tiny and bathtub super slippery. Did not feel safe using tub to shower and almost fell

The hotel has unfortunately deteriorated since my last stay there. For example, the quality and quantity of the food served at breakfast has gone down, and a lot of the mechanical items, the toaster, the vending machine, etc. are broken and no one has bothered to repair them. Disappointing and sad.
