I really love that place is clean beautiful the view is perfect the front desk so nice I can’t wait for be there again

The grounds are beautiful, great location, the beach area and pool area were very nice, good food at the pool bar. The room…not so much! Carpet was extremely dirty and smelled terrible, not sure if it was musty or moldy but it was awful. It’s in need of severe maintenance. The tub was peeling, all the caulking in the tile of the bathroom floor was dirty and cracking. On a positive note - the kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable.

Very nice and clean. Older crowd so pretty quiet. Only thing I will complain about is the lawn company leaf blowing at 630 am which has nothing to do with the hotel itself.

This property is NOT a 4-star hotel. The bathtub was peeling from where it appeared to have been painted over. The rooms smelled musty and did not meet expectations.
It advertises a hotel shuttle, however unable to reach the desk to utilize.

Loved the onsite cafe. Shelley was so welcoming. Love their Free book library.
Poor communications about my late checkout made my last morning uncomfortable. Staff was ringing me early? Don’t ever call me before 9 am on a weekend?! Housekeeping banging on the door…

This property is ok. It really needs to be updated. If you want somewhere that is beach access do not go here. It is on the bay with no water access which kinda stinks. It was quiet and not packed which was nice. The drinks and food at the on site restaurant was good but too expensive for sure. Very expensive for not much. Probably won’t stay here again unfortunately.

Quiet resort on Tampa Bay close to the airport for an unexpected layover. Pool bar and sunset deck was a nice bonus.

Great location for our stay. Family party close by. Visited Busch Gardens too. Nice, peaceful area. Can use a little update. Furniture a little worn. But would stay again.

The area is nice and close to the airport. The poolside area is decent with a good view of the bay. The food was decent with expected high pricing. The shower head was mounted around 5' high. It was not joyful squatting down to rinse your hair. My wife who is around 5'4' had to do the same. The place should have been renovated around 10 years ago. The furniture was run down and looked dirty. It was dingy and basically depressing to look at. The floor by the bathroom squeaked and rocked. It felt like you could be falling into the neighbors room below at any moment. I won't be going back unless they totally gutted this place.
