There's a lot of tweakers running around both this one and the other Extended stay hotels in tampa region. Someone had a KEY to my first room. Staff was excellent in helping and moving me to another room, but still.

Hotel smells like a grow op and seems like a welfare housing unit. Not a nice hotel at all.

No one to check out was there only a couple of hrs and the hotel is outdated and very different smell to it and when I was leaving I ran into another guess where she had roaches and she took photos and a video where one was crawlin all over her pillows

The location and safety . Staff were helpful. But we had little roaches under the sink and crawling in the bathroom the walls . We had to let the lights on so they would stay hidden

The room was unclean. If you walk barefoot then your foot will be greasy. The furniture was in bad shape. Except for price, this was not a good stay.

Overall, I feel the price for the stay was great. We were a large group and were looking for somewhere to stay and were a little skeptical because of the reviews, but when we arrived the staff was nice. When we needed something extra we just had to come down and get it. I will be staying here again when visiting family. The space was very spacious for our large group which was a plus.
