Basically like the other reviews. Plus was able to check in at 1pm. Minus was guys arguing or something late at night every night.

The room had a few issues. It had different color touch up paint. The walls had weird knocking noises that went on all night. Other than that, it was ok. I would stay there again because the price was reasonable.

The room was very run down and in need of attention and repairs. Location next to ice machine, pool entry and housekeeping was very unfortunate. Front desk talked about being short staffed when room want ready an hour after check in time. I’ve stayed here before and found it a good value but this time was not good at all.

Floors and sofa and chair were filthy, had to wear slippers to walk around, bathroom bath tap looked like it was from the 70s with a pull mechanism that was so stiff my wife couldnt work it, guys with petrol blowers came around about 10 in the morning blowing the leaves around the carpark all around the unit so no good if u fancy a late rise...apart from that receptionist was pleasant,check in and out easy, and convenient for the local area and quiet...

This might have been a nice hotel a long, long time ago. It is not now. It is shabby, depressing and pretty gross. There was hair on the pillows, stains on the furniture, and what looked to be old toothpaste spit left by the previous guest in the sink. The whole place smelled mildewy and musty. The mattresses have seen better days. There weren't enough towels for the four of us. My son was too grossed out to use the shower. The drink vending machine gave us the wrong drink whem we attempted to buy waters. We didn’t try the restaurant because we were just grossed out by the property, but it was pretty busy in tbe morning, so perhaps it's not so bad. But despite it being nonrefundable, we canceled our remaining night.

We arrived very late and the night manager was VERY NICE. The property itself is very run down, old, not kept up at all. But seems to be a very nice area.

A wonderfully quaint hotel. It was perfectly situated between downtown Tampa and the airport. Very comfortable with lots of seating. Coffee pot and Tv both worked to my standards. Front desk staff was excellent. I was very comfortable.

The room needs updating. The shower is difficult to manage. Wastes a lot of water. Floor was a little dirty. Loved the beds and 5 cup coffee maker. Heater did not work. They immediately brought us space heater. Which worked fine. All the workers were friendly. Nice pool
