Stayed two nights before a cruise. Close to everything we needed and a short ride to the port. Nice, quiet, relaxing. A perfect start to our vacation.

It was advertised as a 3 star, would probably give it a 2. Not a great neighborhood and not on the water like it makes its seem. Beds were coil mattresses, balcony very small. Bathroom shared a sliding door, leaving one or the other open. Water was hot in shower but not at sink. Wasn’t terrible, just not the 3 star that we are used to. Sign said rooftop bar open, but was not. Nothing fancy, staff were very nice!

Excellent hotel. Stayed there before for business, but was let down this time. Specifically asked in advance for 1 bedroom suite with sofa bed for teenage son, asking for it to be made up in advance.
Arrived late in evening and sofa bed NOT made up. We unpacked and asked for sofa to be made up, only to find out it wasn’t even a sofa bed. Front desk even disputed this and argued it was!? Took a member of staff to come and see it to finally agree so had to move rooms, AFTER unpacking!!
Also got messed around with deposit that I ended up paying TWICE so was $300 out of pocket for one week as they wouldn’t pay it back until I checked out, even though I’d paid it TWICE!! I will be staying at the Hilton next time.

The hotel is very well located and easy to access.
The valet is super nice and can help. I can’t say the same for the 2 hostess who can’t try to speak more slowly for foreigners. No help with them sadly. Even to know where is the elevator or when you are lost they don’t help.
The room was big, clean and the bed was comfortable.

I checked in super late at 1am and I encountered disrespectful front desk staff. All other nights were fabulous。Valet parking required.

Great location for walking and taking trolley around town.
Staff members throughout the building were cordial, professional, relaxed . Best ever regarding staff, and we travel a lot. Excellent breakfast. Fast check in, fast elevators, fast valet parking.. It all makes it a super place to stay….was our second stay in last 12 months.

Great friendly staff, modern clean lobby and rooms.
The breakfast is great, large selection, great staff and tasty food.
The guest laundry is really nice. Clean, machine worked great, very reasonable price.
Housekeeping was great. Room serviced daily, bed straighten, fresh towels, etc.

I would most certainly stay here again if I am going to Tampa. A lot of places were walkable and its a relatively quiet area which is always a bonus for me as I don't care too much for the hussle and bussle.

I would definitely stay here again. Our suite was extra nice because we just got lucky I believe but we had a kitchen where we were able to do some cooking. Overall it was a great hotel and the location was prime.
