It was good stay! Bed is so big! I brought kids (6 & 2), more than enough space for us. Breakfast so nice. Got malay desert - which is rare! Puding roti sangat sedap. Freshly made, makan panas2 sedapnye! Overall nice stay!
Ps: I would appreciate if there is TV kids channel & warm water for swimming pool - too cool to swim!

Amazing service from all staffs and a great 2-day stay. Parking was sufficient, breakfast spread was okay, and the room was clean. Has a wonderful stay overall!

The room was spacious and comfortable. All the staff I encountered were friendly and knew what they were doing.
The room was missing a hair dryer but a quick call to reception and minutes later, one was delivered. The hotel is close to the bus terminal, though it is up on a hill.
The breakfast buffet was excellent, though for a 5-star hotel, I would expect it to have those fly-repellent fans around to deal with the many flies for the outdoor dining area. Further suggestions for the hotel - have more than just 4 hangers, have at least another rubbish bin in the bedroom area (not just the bathroom area), have soap and shower gel dispensers instead of soap bars and bottled shower gel, and ensure a full separation between the shower and toilet area.

Room is very comfortable. Food is good although maybe lacks variety. But housekeeping is a letdown. 1st day no housekeeping done. 2nd day just a cough on the stairway.

Enjoyed my overnight with kids. Easy parking with a lot of amenities nearby. Good services and friendly staff. Variety breakfast buffet and enjoying morning view from hotel

Hotel itself is quite clean and nice. But the service leaves much to be desired for a 5 star hotel 😅 they are not very friendly and nobody comes up to offer to help with luggage when we arrived in a car 🚗. The breakfast also wasn’t very tasty… waffles probably done with premix…
