Wspaniała lokalizacja w Tangalle przy plaży, blisko restauracji, sklepów itp. Bardzo nastawiony na obsługę personel hotelu, sprawił, że nasz pobyt był jak w domu 😍 Przestronne, czyste pokoje. Świetny basen i ogród przy basenie Mają nawet plac zabaw dla dzieci. Na pewno wrócę

Hotel okazał się jakimś oszustwem, przy rezerwacji wydawał się niesamowicie luksusowy, ale po przyjeździe nic bardziej mylnego. Nasz pierwszy obiad był poniżej normy, wszystko przebiegało etapami i chociaż skończyłem już jedzenie, podano jedzenie mojego przyjaciela. Siedzieliśmy blisko jakiejś pułapki na owady, która eksplodowała małymi robakami, które prawdopodobnie właśnie wylądowały na naszym stole. Zawsze dawało to ogromny huk. Wszystkie okna były bardzo brudne, krzesełko naszego dziecka było brudne, a kelner nie wyglądał profesjonalnie. Był bardzo miły. Podczas rezerwacji wskazałem, że chcemy dodatkowe łóżko. Kiedy ponownie o to poprosiłem, dostaliśmy tylko poduszkę. 10 minut później dwóch nieprzyjaznych chłopców przyszło przynieść łóżko. W końcu tylko tam spaliśmy i nie jedliśmy nic więcej. Pokój również nie był sprzątany w międzyczasie, chociaż należało to zrobić. Jedynym plusem była przemiła pani w recepcji i miły ochroniarz. Reszta była zrzędliwa i wcale nie zorientowana na obsługę. My friend and I (33 year old guys from the UK) came over to Sri Lanka for 2 weeks during the Chris**as and New Year period 2021/22. We stayed at the Golden Pearl Beach Hotel for 2 nights just before Xmas. The hotel is in really great condition and the staff are really friendly, very attentive and always there to be helpful. Special thanks to our waiter Madaranga Upul who was charming, funny and always there with a cold Lion Beer in hand for us! We had rooms on the 2nd floor with stunning balcony views of the ocean, the rooms were really comfortable, good air con, and nice shower facilities. Outside the pool area is very pleasant, and we spent many a relaxing hour sipping pina coladas on the beach area underneath the mango and palm trees, whilst watching (and helping) the local fishermen pull in their net for the catch of the day! Food in the hotel was excellent as well, served up by the Executive Chef who made extremely tasty authentic Sri Lankan curries with fresh fish caught that morning! The beach itself is picture-postcard stuff, very relaxing, quiet and a perfect place to unwind for a few days. The waves can get quite big there with a strong current so you do need to be aware of that if going for a dip. The locals were so happy to see some tourists again after a tough few years due to Covid. There were a few places closed down and the evening places to eat near the beach were a bit limited but the food was still excellent all the same. All in all a really amazing stay at Golden Pearl, would highly recommend - thank you to all the staff for an amazing stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Golden Pearl hotel. The room was cozy and loved the food! It has a great pool to chill. The staff were so friendly and helpful too. Overall it was a pleasant and unforgettable experience. Would definitely come back! ❤️

Had a wonderful stay at Golden Pearl Thangalle. I visited with couple of friends in last December, we had an amazing time. Food was delicious and had a good spread. The beach was clean had nice views throughout the day. Most importantly the staff was friendly and helpful.

We were booked for 7 days at this hotel our initial thoughts it seemed pleasant enough some of the staff were friendly although not very informative and the hotel seemed nice in a great location with a beautiful view. Unfortunately the general up keep of place was poor , slats around the pool broken and unsafe the windows of the whole hotel were smeared and needed a good clean including in our room ...the toilet and showers by pool were dirty with no lights and no toilet rolls. There was plenty of sunbeds available no umbrellas at all so we had keep moving to find some shade ....the breakfast was basic but edible. There was no bar open for drinks in day or evening. . The the rooms were spacious with big balconys but were not cleaned to a good standard grubby walls and smeared windows there was never toilet rolls or water left for us daily and only 1 coffee left in room daily. The aircon was poor very noisy and not cool at all . UNFORTUNATELY OUR STAY HAS BEEN CUT SHORT as on returning to our room yesterday evening to realise the cleaners had been in our suitcases ...this really upset me. This is a invasion of our privacy and its UNACCEPTABLE. I have travelled alot and never expected for staff to be in our belongings when we are out and they are supposed to be cleaning our room. I must say the manager and 2 staff members were very helpful last night and have issued us a refund for the remaining days we should of stayed there. I could not continue our holiday there feeling like people are looking through orthings. We have Unfortunately left tangalle /golden pearle hotel earlier than planned. As

We were planning a trip down south and then I found this hotel online. This was located next to Tangalle beach and it has a good cozy a**osphere. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff is very friendly and supportive. I enjoyed the time there and hope to revisit soon.

We went there during Chris**as. Friendly staff, spacious rooms. Walking distance to Tangalle town and the location is quite ideal for a people who enjoy sea beaches. The hotel was decorated very nicely. Band was playing to entertain guests. Really enjoyed the stay and worth for the money we spent.

Hotel’s location is strategic, close to the Tangalle bus station, and lots of eateries surrounding. Hotel’s service is as good as 5-stars, and staffs are helpful yet friendly. Manager; Mr Upul and Chef Mendi are both very accommodating to ensure we had a pleasant stay under their hospitality.
