Personnel très professionnel, arrivé tard dans la nuit, avec un petit souci de serveur pour retrouver ma réservation, il n’ont pas hésité 1 secondes à m’installer avec ma femme et mes filles dans une chambre le temp de résoudre le problème.

La peor estancia en la que hemos estado. Tuvimos que irnos dos noches antes, perdiendo nuestro dinero. Un recepcionista (************,*******,******,***********************) que no se quiso identificar nos trató fatal, nos amenazó, nos pidió dinero de más o llamaba a la policía por ser una pareja no casada que se alojaba en dos habitaciones separadas. Amenazó a mi pareja con llamar a la policía si no le daba dinero, nos fuimos por el horrible trato recibido. Al salir del hotel, le pregunté el nombre y no quiso identific****, al final me dijo que se llamaba *******, no sé si es verdad. A parte de todo esto, el hotel es súper pequeño, las habitaciones no tienen nada que ver en la fotos con lo que son, en resumen, carecen de todo, sobretodo de eduación total.

The room was very spacious with excellent air conditioning, very quiet during the night, soft fluffy towels, housekeepers are very nice and friendly, was a really good stay. Thank you El Djenina hotel

It was nice and clean, I just got a room assigned to someone by mistake at front desk. Not a big deal but it was late night and it just made the night long.

This hotel is conveniently located. sloe to the ferry terminal, and walking distance to many attractions. The hotel is reasonably priced, clean, with friendly staff and service. Highly recommended.

I was delighted to have found this hotel. It far outweighed my expectations. Well located with a room overlooking the marina. All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, from reception to housekeepers. If I was to find a negative about the location, it would be the steep incline to the entrance (I have limited mobility). Apart from that the hotel gets top marks from me. Thank you for a very comfortable stay, I would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Very bad experience with this hotel, the room that we took was just horrible. It's very noisy and very hot at night ( no air conditioning) The staff is not friendly at all. The price was really very high regarding the quality of the service ( 63 $ , 630 MAD). The real room is not the same as you see in the photos.
