A really nice hotel, I v been there for 6 days and I v had a wonderful experience, the room is beautiful, and the view is magnificent on the sea side, the hotel staff are really nice and helpful. I must say that the restaurant is really good, a large menu with so many choices. The room came with free access to the pool party, so that was nice too. A big thank u to the staff of the Mandarin Palace for making my stay a very special experience.

The hotel is beautiful, the room and the view are magnificent with sea view. Staff is friendly and cooperating. Good breakfast and The Hotel's location is perfect Highly recommended. We will be back soon !

The worst experience I've ever had. This is definitely less than a 2 star hotel with the rate of 5. The rooms are very dirty, old and low quality. The staff and management are the worst specially the front office (Hatim) is very rude and clueless about the brand and its valuable guests. I hated my stay here and i DO NOT RECOMMEND

The Restaurant have so bad customer service, half of the menu not available, they gave us a wrong food, no bread , very expansive, the food quality is to bad, like frozen gambas mix with salad and frozen chicken fright we ve complained but they seems not to care about the customers, I don't advise anyone to go there

Service et accueil agréable , staff très à l’écoute surtout Otmane et Arcele , petit déjeuner bien présenté et bon à la fois , chambre très très clean Situé à la sortie de Tanger du coté Nord avec une magnifiquement agréable qui te mets tout de suite à l’aise

hotel agréable , j’ai adoré la vue sur mer et son emplacement , les chambre son propre, personnel accueillant et serviable , petit dej au top , la vue de la brasserie est magnifique on peut meme apercevoir des bateaux qui passent . Jy retournerai une autre fois sans aucune hésitation

J'ai passé un super séjour dans cet hôtel de folie. Tout était au top - chambres confortables et bien décorées, personnel sympa et efficace, emplacement idéal. Le cadre apaisant m'a permis de me détendre complètement. J'y retournerai avec plaisir!

Le Mandarin a tout pour plaire - chambres de rêve, personnel au petit soin, piscine géniale. J'ai adoré séjourner là, c'était le luxe absolu dans un cadre splendide. Vivement mon prochain séjour! Je recommande surtt pour les vacances en famille.

J'ai vraiment apprécié mon séjour à l'hôtel , l'emplacement de l'hôtel est très pratique et proche de toute commodité , la chambre était propre,et trés confortable avec une belle vue sur mer, sans oublier le personnel qui était très sympathique.
