Hotel le Mirage

The service is scandalous and do not recommend it to any one the staff’s treatment is not really nice, especially the person in charge of booking 🤢🤮. She speaks of laws out of her imagination. She is also selective when it comes to people who are to stay on the hotel, not to mention that she imposed certain things which were never heard of. I do not recommend staying in their hotel because they can simply cancel your reservation for some reason all of a sudden

The worst hotel ever, hygiene was 0.0, very old rooms with old furniture and everything there is out of date, before my eyes women with headscarf and jelaba were refused to enter, that's hotel is 00, I will never go back 👎👎👎 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Lunch only: fortunately we didn’t stay. I came here 20 years ago and had positive memories, so decided to return for lunch. We took a cab ride from central Tangier (30 mins) having booked it through the exceptional hotel we’d were staying in for 7 nights (Villa Mabrouka). If our experience is anything to go by, do not go to Le Mirage. It is a marble monstrosity with reception staff who were beyond unfriendly. In the 90s we went regularly for lunch, never stayed and were allowed to use the pool and garden. After an average lunch in a large blingy and empty restaurant topped off by a double expresso that cost the best part of £10 and was undrinkable we left, expecting to be allowed to walk on the amazing Atlantic beach that the hotel overlooks. Having asked politely we were told by a haughty receptionist that it was “private” in a superior and rude manner so left. All in all a waste of time. The restaurant staff were fine, but otherwise Le Mirage was unwelcoming. NOT RECOMMENDED - a waste of our afternoon. DO NOT BOTHER.

The beautifully landscaped gardens and outdoor spaces provided a serene retreat, perfect for morning walks or evening relaxation.It is was such as I was looking for. I am coming back for sure ! I recomand it.

I am amazed and thankful to everyone who made me feel special on my birthday ! The candles and flowers wre at the restaurant. The decoration in the room ! It was wonderful and I really want to thank everyone who helped my husband organize this surprise. It was perfect ! I can't wait to do the same for him here for his birthday.

The hotel's prime location, providing easy access to the beach and other attractions while maintaining a peaceful atmosphere, was a significant advantage for my stay. I recommende it, I think, It desserve to be visited

This place wants to seem as if it’s a 5 star hotel which it definitely isn’t. When first arriving at the gate you’re met by a very rude person in a suit who decides whether or not you’re allowed to enter the hotel. Reasons being no shorts allowed (it’s between 30-40 degrees at summer so what they expect is hard to understand), not having a reservation etc. There are barely any facilities which is a joke for a place this far out in nowhere claiming to be 5 star. Will never stay or visit this hotel again and I hope no one else will.

Upon arrival I was greeted by flies in the lobby. You will find that is a distinct feature of this hotel. There are flies everywhere. The front desk staff lack cultural capital. I can assure you this is not a direct reflection of morrocan people in Tangier but just the front desk at this hotel. The person who greeted me asked me if I was in " crypto " then when I told him no I'm an engineer in a software company. He asked me for a job . I found this to be very unprofessional. For a hotel that has privacy as a selling point why are you assuming what guests do based on what you think in your tiny brain ? Furthermore the gentleman at the front wasted a good hour of my time sorting out my checkout while they had card on file. I was clearly in a rush and told the gentleman I had work to do. For some reason they think haggling me for $1500 is more important than my work. Don't think you are going to waste my time and get away with it. Very unprofessional. From the standpoint of service please train your staff better before calling yourself a five star hotel. This hotel anywhere else is a 2-3 star hotel in my opinion. The food is not even that good. Takes forever to be served The ocean view is probably the best part but honestly if you are a seasoned traveler it gets old after a couple hours. There seems to be quite some dysfunction and disorganization regarding management here as issues are not addressed swiftly. Save your money and stay at

The staff were very helpful and the hotel is beautiful. Nice experience Great breakfast, best view of the ocean and unbelievable sunsets. Rooms were clean and spacious. The pool area was very inviting. Great accommodation and helpful with city information. All in all great experience
