Service was frustrating and lacking. As we were arriving late, we called several times before we heard back. When we finally spoke to them, we were told we would recieve a text detailing check-in process, this never happened. When we arrived and finally spoke to a gentlemen, who was actually quite helpful, thankfully, we had to find our way around the park to our accommodation. When we did find our parking spot, we had to walk a reasonable distance, which initially was quite in an unlight area. Would not have liked to have been an senior citizen. We also tried to book another night and were told we would need to be moved as others had booked. They also seem inflexible with booking arrangements.

Loved everything about it. Cabins were comfy and clean and COOL! The park is a great size, the kids can roam and have loads of fun. Location to the Main Street was awesome. We’ll definitely stay again !!

Staff friendly and helpful. Very large park with lots of facilities. Cabin was comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

It was 44 degree in the afternoon, air con could not cool the room down in the night. The room is a bit small. Kids enjoyed the pool and splash. Overall a good holiday park.

Great facilities but the room condition and cleanliness was disappointing. The sheets had stains and ants were throughout the cabin

Great location. Cabin was very clean and well maintained. The beds were really comfortable. My only criticism is, two sofas would have been better. There were four of us, which meant two of us had to sit on dining chairs. The staff were very friendly and there was a wee welcome pack in the cabin, which was a lovely touch. Will definitely stay here again.

Did like how big the Cabins are, had every thing in them. Including Iron and Iron Board!
