booked a property in Gibraltar through Agoda and made 4 attempts to pay online but kept on receiving emails asking me to go through my banks security process as payment can’t be processed, I tried again and again but unfortunately no payment went through, so I emailed Agoda explaining that there’s an error on their booking system and I am not happy to book as it’s causing me so much stress. I was still receiving emails confirming that no payment has gone through and I will need to pay or the booking will be cancelled, I emailed Agoda again letting them know that I am not going through the booking. I then checked my account and seen that money was taken out and was so confused because I was told that I needed to get verification from my bank, so I asked Agoda why did they take money without my knowledge and without my consent! It turns out that the GREEDY host took the money out without telling Agoda and he did that purposely because the booking that I tried to book was a non refundable booking! Then when emailing SWEETSTAY the host told me that he is tired of my emails and I need to contact *********** and Agoda. He then kept on using the excuse of the booking is non refundable and I explained several times that I did not make payment due the the error on Agoda’s system! I told him that would he has done is fraud. I asked if he could be a bit more understanding and fair and investigate what went wrong, but he just ignored my request and emails! I have all the evidence of the emails confirming payment hasn’t been excepted and my verification codes from my bank that didn’t go through. This horrible and unprofessional greedy criminal of a host didn’t even bother to let me know that he took money fraudulently out of my bank and didn’t send any confirmation that the booking is confirmed! ALL OF THIS EVIDENCE WILL BE SENT TO WATCHDOG AND MY BANK. Shalom to host of SWEETSTAY
