Good view, good location, good service!
We meet their staff Noemi at front desk, she is very nice and helpful! Very good experience! Will definitely come back again!

房間很不錯，大的有點空曠，但是kingsize bed還是兩個床墊拼在一起的，我不喜歡這個，酒店bar位置非常棒，景色優美，酒調的也好。總體服務很熱情，但是reception有一位工作人員讓我感到不舒服，當我想定shuttle bus的時候，他反覆強調此項服務僅針對住店客人，而我明明已經和他説了我住在酒店，我不確定他的反覆強調是base on我是亞洲人還是base on我穿的很草率，總之讓我感到不適。希望加強員工培訓。

No better place to stay in Taormina. Expensive but worth it! Impeccable service. Wonderful rooms. Excellent food and great facilities. A memorable experience. So special and unique.

but compared to other Sicilian 5 star hotels fell short. Seemingly short staffed, although staff that were there were all helpful and pleasant. It is a sad when the quality of in room dining and the bar menu surpasses the restaurant .

The Grand Hotel Timeo is a beautiful hotel with amazing service. Enzo, at check in, was a great introduction to the staff. The staff at the pool and at breakfast were first rate as was the cleaning staff. Sitting our on the patio while being served a great breakfast while looking out at the Sea was unbeatable. The room was beautiful and had great amenities right down to lovely tea cups, bath soaps, and slippers. Every detail was clearly thought out. The hotel was a great introduction to Taormina and we hope to be back!

Our expection for a Belmond hotel like Timeo was very high, also considering our experience with other Belmond Hotels in Europe. That is why we were disappointed that it was not an excellent experience as we mostly have with Belmond
