We had a wonderful experience at the Hotel Taodomus this week. We stayed there for the last two days of a 21 day vacation to southern Italy and Sicily. We couldn’t be happier about the quality of the rooms, all of the small touches like cookies and bottled water in the rooms. We informed the staff that we were celebrating our 45 th wedding anniversary and were given a nice bottle of Prosecco, nuts and a fruit platter. The breakfast could not be better. The food was of the highest quality. In addition to the excellent buffet, you can order from a selection of eggs, omelets, crepes and pancakes. We had a pesto crepe filled with pistachio butter and lemon topped with pistachio bits. Heavenly! The bar and breakfast area is on the top floor overlooking the town and the Ionian Sea. Special thanks to Daniel and Julia for providing such top notch service. We strongly recommend that you stay at the Hotel Taodomus if you are visiting Taormina.

This is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Taormina. The bed was extremely comfortable, the room well appointed and the washroom modern. The view from the rooftop bar/breakfast room is spectacular. Loved every minute of it! Will be back.

We spent two days here and from start to finish loved every aspect of this hotel. Our room on the second floor was stylish and had every comfort. With the balcony doors open we could enjoy the buzz from the street below. Corso Umberto is the busiest street in town but with the doors closed our room became magically quiet again. Breakfast on the sunny terrace made a lovely start to the day. With friendly servers, an attractive buffet, cooked menu to order, great views - even Mount Etna on the side - what was not to like? The receptionist who checked us in made useful suggestions for lunch and dinner options and the best sights to see. We followed up on her recommendations and they were great in every case. Taormina was one of the highlights of our time in Sicily - not least because of our stay at Taodomus Hotel.

Excellent location in the town center. Our room was on third floor with a balcony. The room was average size with all modern upgrades. Apparently the entire hotel went through extensive renovations in the recent past. Breakfast is served on the roof top with a very nice view. Breakfast offered many choices from buffet and made to order items. At night the roof top serves as a bar to enjoy some wine or after dinner drinks in a relaxing environment. The entire staff was very professional and friendly. I would highly recommend Hotel Taodomus.

Friendly and helpful staff, terrific location for walking to shops, restaurants, many historical sites. Clean and well-appointed rooms. Terrace overlooking the sea and Mount Etna is pleasant and breakfast is very good. Parking garage is a reasonable walk to the hotel.

The hotel is modern and the view of Mt Etna from the terrace where breakfast is served is beautiful! Maria in the reception was very friendly and always helpful with any questions we had. Loved Taormina! So beautiful! Will come back for sure!

Small but perfect boutique hotel. A bed and breakfast feel with superior hotel quality staff and service. Location ideal in old town with everything right outside your door yet quiet and unique in every way. Rooftop breakfast doubles as evening cocktail lounge. Perfectly situated on main drag with only 9 rooms!

Me and my mum visited the hotel in late October. Before we came we felt so worn out by our daily routine and life in rainy Bristol. We have stayed at the hotel for a week and are leaving tomorrow feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated! The hotel is stunning, with beautiful views of mount Etna, the sea and Taormina. The breakfast is delicious and has a wide selection of tasty food suitable for a variety of dietary requirements. The hotel is in a perfect location as it is central but in a slightly quieter end of the town. We cannot praise the staff enough! They were all so helpful, sweet and welcoming. Daniel gave us lots of great recommendations and we loved going to the beach and visiting the amphitheatre. Maria was also incredibly sweet and helped us work the TV!The reception staff helped us book trips and this was helpful due to our lack of Italian! The ladies at breakfast were also so hospitable!We also came to celebrate my 30th birthday and we honestly couldn’t have had a better time so a big thank you to the staff! :) This was genuinely the best holiday we’ve ever had!

Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Taormina. Fantastic location on the Main Street. Everything easily accessible. Great staff and service. Nothing too much trouble. Very comfortable with all the needed amenities. Perfect t hotel offering everything needed for a short break.
