Service was good. The reception offered help with booking taxi to the city. There is also shuttle bus service to the airport. Quite some options at breakfast buffet.

My second time staying here due to an early flight to catch. They provide a free shuttle bus to airport as early as 4am. Hospitable staff and clean room

Location is very convenient for catching flights. There is a good shuttle service. Areas for improvement: 1)there should be something to hold the shower head to make it easier to shower 2) it would be good to have hand soap by the sink. I keep needing to climb into the bathtub to get soap to wash my hands

As a returning guest to this hotel for my transit in Taipei Taoyuan International Airport. Hotel provides free shuttle services between hotel and airport. Easy access to Taipei city via the airport commuter or express train. The station A14a is just 30m on the right outside the hotel entrance. Fare @ NTD160 one way to Taipei Main Station, same fare for taking either Airport Commuter (roughly one hour) or Airport Express Train (40 minutes). To take Airport Express Train, need to take Airport Commuter from the Airport Hotel Station A14a and change to Airport Express at Terminal 2 (same platform).

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful, The room was nice. The hotel is next to the MRT station, just a few steps away, a minute walk

I arrived early and got upgraded to a room with a bath tub! Was happy with that. The amenities were wonderful. I spent a good 1.5hrs at the fitness room. It was really spacious and very well equipped. There’s also a pool right by the fitness room which I didn’t have time to visit. It’s an excellent place for travellers with very early flights as the hotel provides shuttle bus services starting at 4am in the morning. Would stay here again for the convenience as it’s really close by the hotel.

The hotel is near to airport; benefit the early flight if in need of a good rest. Is convenient to travel to other cities as there is a metro station downstairs. Hotel amenities not up to standard thus low rate given, and already feedback to the staff. There was a crackline on the window, the TV was so special that we could not get back to the TV channel; and the bidget is not functioning properly. Overall, is ok if need a good wash up and rest before the early flight. Great sunrise & airport views! (In the photo you can see the cracked line of the window 😅).

I had a very pleasant stay at Hyatt Regency Taoyuan Airport. The location is extremely convenient, especially for travelers with early flights or transit stays, as it is close to the airport and easy to access. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, providing a relaxing environment after a long trip. The staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers.
