R2 Romantic Fantasia Suites - Adults Only

Zatrzymaliśmy się na tydzień, od 5 do 12 października. Hotel oferował opcję all inclusive. Apartament, w którym mieszkaliśmy, miał numer 617 i jest bardzo dobrze położony ze względu na basen i bar. To było czyste i wygodne, łóżko ścielone codziennie i znajdowało się w zamkniętym, spokojnym ogrodzie. Było kilka *******, które prawdopodobnie można było znaleźć wszędzie. Za mało torebek z herbatą na tacy i słaba jakość, w ogóle żadnego mleka w ciągu tygodnia. Zauważyłem, że lodówka nie jest zimna, a światło nie działa. Po sprawdzeniu bezpieczników wyciągnąłem lodówkę i okazało się, że nie jest podłączona do prądu, a szkoda, ponieważ uprzejmie dostarczyli butelkę napoju gazowanego i trochę czekoladek z kawałkami ananasa, które wyrzuciliśmy (nie musu). Zawartość alkoholu w napojach prawie nie istniała. Nie podobał nam się szklany ekran pomiędzy sypialnią a łazienką, co oznaczało, że zasłony w sypialni powinny być cały czas zaciągnięte, ponieważ każdy przechodzący mógł zobaczyć, jak bierzesz prysznic. Restauracja znajduje się w głównym kompleksie i przez tydzień serwowała dobrej jakości i różnorodne jedzenie. Nie podobały mi się ekspresy do kawy. Po prostu nie nadążają za popytem, ​​powodują bardzo długie kolejki niecierpliwych i nie są dobrej jakości. Również biedak próbujący zapewnić kubki przypomniał mi Manuela, ponieważ nie miał szans, został otoczony przez tłum zbliżających się do maszyn. Przez kilka dni w co najmniej 2 toaletach publicznych nie było mydła. Wanny z hydromasażem w ogrodach wymagają wymiany, ponieważ są popękane, brudne i nie działają dysze. To powiedziawszy, personel jest doskonały, stosunek jakości do ceny był dobry i był bardzo relaksujący. Również „rozrywka” była słaba.

We have had the most wonderful week, we have been able to relax and unwind. Vanesa our assigned member of staff from the housekeeping team has provided us with an outstanding service. Her standard of work is excellent and she has been welcoming and happy. She even provided us with flowers for our hair !! She has made such a difference to our stay . We for see a promotion in her future Vanessa and team thank you So much Amanda and Maria

One of the best hotels i've ever stayed in, The pictures do not do it justice. We stayed in a suite It was amazing. Spotlessly clean thanks to Romona, who kept the room beautifully clean everyday. The food was top class..... staff went above and beyond to be helpful and were so friendly especially the bar staff and umar. Relaxing but with top class entertainment in the evening. Yoga and lots of other activities if you wish to join in . I read on previous reviews that the hot tubs didn't work. They do. They are completely cleaned every day. And it's very easy to get a hot tub to use. Myself and my friend were the only english people there. Everyone else seemed to be german or french. This was fantastic.They were so friendly made us really welcome. We would a hundred percent go back again.

Absolutely loved our stay here, fhe hotel, rooms, staff and especially the food were all perfect for us. The all inclusive makes a welcome change when we go away for a few days , especially in such a fantastic place like this. We live on the island and will definitely return.

I have tried to keep this review factual so people can make their own choice. Very quit and tranquil place with beautiful well kept gardens & friendly staff for the most part with the exception of the arrogant barman in the sister hotel. The WiFi was ok if a little slow. The all inclusive drinks are ok not watered down but not a lot of choice. Walk to sister hotel for meals is 5 maximum & it’s nice to be apart from a busier place. The entertainment in the sister hotel was ok. Tea making facilities are provided but no milk or spoon so strange. If you require a safe it’s €3 a day. The bed was very firm if you like that me personally I did not find it comfortable. The room is a little sp**** it could do with a chair and small table in the corner. Majority of guests are Germans & French 95% The food is mediocre at best it does get repetitive your choice of meat 99% of the time is pork or fish. I did see turkey breast once. No proper sausages or bacon as per usual for Spain. I did not see steak. There is lots of choice for salad lovers unfortunately I’m not a rabbit but the wife liked it. There is a gluten free selection. However it’s not anything to write home about I have had much better from a 4* hotel. The pool is absolutely freezing never really gets warm. Very quiet not much around get yourself a hire car go explore. There is not a lot of choice in snacks from the pool bar, couple more choices would be nice. Tuna fish sandwich possibly. Some maintenance issues need addressing at the sister hotel. Broken and dangerous damaged deck boards around the pool areas. If you want to be inside out of the wind you need to use the sister hotel later in the evening. However there are not enough seats to accommodate the guests in the hotel bar. I suppose the real questions are is it good value for money perhaps. Would I stay here again no.

Absolutely lovely stay! Hotel was clean and modern, the suites were worth the little extra! Food was great so much choice and variety! I loved every single cat that lives here and made the stay even better! All of them are so well looked after by the hotel staff, they are clean and checked by vets and all sterilised, lovely to see so much time and care goes into these lovely friendly cats!

Beautiful holiday, very relaxing. Hotel and staff very friendly and helpful. We had the romantic suites and they are just perfect. Cleaned daily, towels changed daily, bedlinen changed 3 times during our 10 day holiday. Food was great, something for everyone. Looking forward to returning

Disgraceful! We arrived around 8.30pm, the receptionist asked for our holiday voucher which she filed away, then turned to us and said, "You can't stay here, we are sending you too our sister hotel ", we were speechless! I asked why and was told, they had a problem in the kitchen TODAY. I asked what the problem was and she would not answer me. A taxi had already been booked to take us elsewhere. We were given NO choice ar all, just sent away. A lady approached the desk and told my husband that she was told the same thing 24hours ago. There were many people sitting in the bar area. We had travelled with Voyage Prive, never again, they or the hotel proceeded to blame each other for not getting in touch with us earlier . V.P. had the cheek to send us £50 in the form of a VOUCHER for future use , I didn't accept. Having already driven for nearly 1 hour, we drove for another 30 mins. The rating given is solely on how we were treated, as we never got to stay in the hotel.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the suite was excellent, the staff very friendly especially our housekeeper Vanesa who was constantly busy but still had time to teach us some Spanish words. The down sides were the bar at the main hotel was only managed by one person so prepare to queue for a while especially when that person had to go to replace ice or stock,the food was very much the same for lunches and dinners. There's not much in the location apart from the hotel.
