Un bon rapport qualité/prix mais explications tarifs un peu flou, on nous a dit qu’on avait droit au petit dej pour finalement nous le facturer à la fin du séjour.

Stayed here for one night. The public areas were nice. The room was an adequate size for one person. The bed was comfortable. There was a small desk and a wooden chair plus a kettle. There was a small bathroom with a bath and shower. We ate at the restaurant which was quite nice - there was a buffet and you could choose different combinations. The service was very good. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices.

Friendly staff, a couple of them can speak some English. I only stayed for dinner, waiter was friendly, menu in French - wasn't a problem , ordered draft beer and ' fish & chips with tartar sauce ' - wasn't of course the same as back home in the UK , wasn't too bad. Got a second draft beer while watching French football on the large flat screen in the restaurant. They offer a good choice of menus and the prices are reasonable.

This property should be condemned. Paint peeling off all inside and outside surfaces. Rubbish bins overflowing just outside bedrooms. Rubbish strewn all around the property. Pot holes 10 cms deep and 1 metre across on the car park. To charge what you do for this hotel is an absolute insult. We would like a refund please.

Loin d être un 3 étoiles Arrivée chambre double réservée avec un grand lit oups les lits sont séparés Le lendemain pas de serviettes obligé d aller quémander 3 eme nuit le ménage pas fait et fuite de la Clim changement de chambre à 23 h 😂 Petit déjeuner pris le dernier matin très moyen Bref expérience à ne pas renouveler

J'ai été agréablement surprise de la qualité de cet hôtel: chambre individuelle assez vaste, très propre, personnel discret et serviable, sécurité des lieux, etc. J'ai hâte d'y séjourner à nouveau. Je n'hésiterai pas à le recommander à tout voyageur vers Lyon. Je souhaiterais que le restaurant dispose d'épices (du piment surtout) pour les clients qui en raffolent comme moi.
