Pretty much as one would expect with IHG Hotel. Good service. Prompt resolution to any issues. Decent breakfast Which is on par with the hotel standard.
These days IHG hotels are pretty much my 1st choice home or overseas, as you just know what your getting

Handy for the M5 with petrol station next door.
Lobby very inviting with an attractive bar serving craft beers.
Staff very helpful and could not do enough for us.
Breakfast excellent.
Leisure facilities very good.
Would definitely stay here again.

Reception was unmanned upon check in, no staff to be seen. Had to physically go into the kitchen to get someone to check myself and other waiting guests in.
Food was poor quality, burnt burger and chips is the last thing you want after a
Long commute,
Would not stay here again.

Can only comment on room 58. Carpet stained, paint on walls blistered, run marks on all walls, mould round windows, shower room ceiling cracked & paint peeling due to extractor fan not working. Bed comfy & pillows comfy.
Tables & seating in restaurant dirty at breakfast
Leisure facilities good.

Fab. Did the job. Clean, tidy, friendly. Great pool. Kids got a token for activity packs, drinks etc. brilliant. Great location. Awesome value for money. Breakfast was great quality and good price 16 quid for me and my 2 boys.

Everyone was welcoming and friendly. Lovely clean room with a really comfortable bed. Food excellent all round. Lovely swimming pool next door. Excellent stay and we will return. Thanks everyone.
