Staff was very helpful. Great place to stay for a quick trip. Pros: staff, location, size of freezer and fridge for fishing. Cons: older place, but very clean! Slippery when wet floors…. Like dangerously slippery. Be careful getting in and out of shower and even with shoes on if the floor has a drop of water on it. But generally a good place to sleep for the price.

The location of the hotel is very nice but for the price we expected better service. We weren't asking for much, just basic room service 1 out of 3 days on our trip. I requested room service by leaving the tag on our door and also going to the desk to request it before we left that morning at 8:30am. We came back at 7:30pm and nothing had been touched. When I went to the front desk to ask for fresh towels I was told I was the 9th or 10th person that did not get room service as requested. At this time, they came and got our dirty towels and let me know that some clean ones were in the dryer and it would be another 10 minutes. After about 30 minutes of waiting and no towels showing up, I went up to the front desk again - at which point we finally got some towels so I could get my daughter showered and in bed. The building itself is very old and worn down. The only thing they have going is the beds are comfortable and the location is good. If you care about nothing else, this might be then place for you. We will not stay here again.

Noisy fan in bathroom. Can’t shut off w light. Fan caked with lint and dirt. Noise off road in front. Cleaners don’t bring to room things they say they will. Towels etc. mold on shower curtain. Had to put microwave on luggage frame to use. Had to make coffee on skinny bathroom sink.

We had a free breakfast voucher, which they didn’t give us until we were checking out. The room service was slow and we had to ask for more towels and toilet paper later in the day before they were closing the lobby. Pools were very nice, but music was loud at the pool near the rest. Recommend getting the view of the water. Very nice.

Outdated, loud, our room was adjacent to gravel parking so every time a car pulled in or out it made a lot of noise. Smokers directly outside our room, only sheet in bed with light quilt that was old, dried snot on shower curtain, reception behind plexiglass’pointed’ for me to move behind glass instead of asking.
Overall very poor.

Creekside Inn was nice, clean and great staff. Only disappoin**ent was that pools are not heated so too cold to enjoy.

Convenient location. We enjoyed sitting on the dock in the evening. The hotel should consider changing to a fragrance free detergent like many hotels are now using.

We're have stayed at Creekside twice now and have enjoyed both visits. The property is very low key and laid back which we love. We had access to everything we need including Adirondack chairs in front of our unit to enjoy each day. The staff are very friendly and quick to fulfill needs. We never had issues with parking or access to the pool lounge chairs. We will probably visit again.

Our room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I was happy to have extra blankets to use.
The room and bathroom was dated and I had trouble using the tv with the dish.
