Old hotel with few upgrade needed

My room 1010, the aircond is leaking and not cool. Feedback to reception but due to full house, they unable to change the room. The bed is hard and not comfortable. Toilet flush is mulfunctioned.

Hotel ini sesuai untuk penginapan transit sebelum pulang kerana terletak di tengah-tengah bandar Tawau. Kawasan pelancongan boleh dilawati sama ada berjalan kaki seperti Pasar Tawau atau menaiki grab untuk kawasan-kawasan lain.
