This hotel must be updated ASAP! I booked for 2 rooms adjoining. Bed linen no longer white but Ash Grey, toilet leaking n rusted, Let the photos do the talking!!

Location not in the middle of town but hotel building comes with a mall nearby. Buffet breakfast nothing to great to shout about but to me is one of the best in Tawau. This hotel might be a bit old but it is considered to be the best in town. The king stayed here during his stay at tawau last year.

No ATM near by is a huge problem , the supermarket near by has one , but no international withdraw service , I think this hotel is not for travelers . Otherwise all good .

The hotel is about one km away from the business centre of Tawau. It is clean but hotel is a bit old.
