Nothing to say about the hotel rooms and foods, which was actually good. I had a very bad experience on the slopes belonging to the hotel. Out of the baby slope, where there is always someone, the personnel on the other lifts is not quite careful. In the seated lift (both at the beginning and at the end) the personnel was inside the cabin, not outside helping the riders. Due to the lack of attention, they were not able to act quickly and stop the system when I had an accident at the T bar (Nazli pist). As I seriously injured myself, we had to finish our holiday before and the hotel did not give any refund. When I asked for a wheelchair to reach my car, they said it was not available. At the end it happened that I broke my leg on their slopes and the hotel simply didn't care. Be careful as security should be the first thing to think about while skiing!!!

The Best Ski Resort i have ever visited. it is a 7-star resort with full facilities.... The food is international and so so delicious... The slopes are maintained daily and very safe. The staff were fantastic, friendly, efficient and polite. The Manager Hassan was always following up and so cooperative with his guests. We had a wonderful experience. Elie.

Everything was perfect. The stuff, foods, cleaning etc… everyone in the hotel was smiling and serving for guests happiness. I decided this hotel two times. Probably going to stay a few more time. Especially I’d like to say the General Manager of the Hotel is a perfect person. Had a good time for other guests.

Ailece geldik ilk kış tatilimdi güzel bir deneyim oluyor. Yemekler güzel personel ilgili otel temiz her şey olması gerektiği gibiydi teşekkür ederiz.otelde yemekler oldukça lezzetli isteklerimizi en çabuk şekilde yerine getirmeye çalıştır

Her sene eşimle kış tatilini kayak yaparak geçirmeyi tercih ediyoruz. Kartalkaya ilk defa geldiğimiz bir yer idi. Genel anlamda pistleri daha deneyim ve tecrübe gerektiren bir destinasyon. Böyle bir alana kurulmuş olan Dorukkaya hem konumu olsun, hem olanakları olsun bizi fazlasıyla memnun etti. Pistlerin hemen yanıbaşında. Kayak odasını, orada çalışanları ve organizasyonu çok başarılı bulduk. Onun dışında otel yemekleri gayet başarılı idi. Çalışan arkadaşlar özverili ve çalışkan idi. Lobisi, barı, oyun salonu olsun genel anlamda iyi düzeyde idi. Odalar yeterli genişlikte idi ve temizliği de beğendik. Denilecek belki tek dezavantaj otelin genel olarak biraz eski olması idi ama bunun da retro bir dağ oteli havası katmasından başka aşikar bir kötülüğünü görmedim. Bu havadan hoşlanmayanlar için bu bilginin bir kenarda durmasında fayda olabilir. İyi bir fiyat performans hatta daha fazlası denilebilecek çok keyifli bir deneyim oldu bizim için. Her yıl geldiğimiz yuvamız bildiğimiz Dorukkayaya bu yıl da geldik ve herşeyden çok memnunuz yemekler enfes ve daimi güler yüzlü personel çok yardımcı oluyor mutlaka hayatınızda bir defa Dorukkayaya gelin kayak pistleri çok iyi ve bakımlı

Perfect stay at dorukaya, the food was delicious and the service was amazing. We had so much fun in this ski trip. The hotel has a wellness and an indoor swimming pool with the view on the ski station

As Sew Eurodrive Turkey family, we have provided accommodation with our staff of 90 people. We were very pleased with the hotel's facilities, food and activities. We were also very happy that the staff was friendly and fulfilled our requests promptly. All our staff are eagerly waiting for the next DorukKaya Ski & Mountain Resort adventure.
