The Kaya Palazzo experience exceeded our expectations. The hotel boasts a high standard of design, and the level of service provided is truly exceptional. Notably, the skiing experience was not only great but also incredibly fun and rewarding. I'd like to emphasize the outstanding contribution of one key member of the Kaya Palazzo team, Ms. Eda Osmanağaoğlu , who works at the Guest Relation Desk. Her constant smile and willingness to go the extra mile significantly enhanced our stay, ensuring it was as pleasant as possible. Eda's warm and attentive demeanor made our family feel exceptionally welcome. Due to her friendliness and dedication, we not only plan to return to Kaya Palazzo Ski and Mountain but also look forward to exploring other Kaya Hotels in the future.

We had a great ski holiday for a very good hotel.We had a very good memories elegent kitchen especily Turkish cousin.İ have to thanks very special hospitality Mr.Hakan for evetything.Probably best ski hotel in Turkey.I hope we will be there next year

Kaya palazzo her anlamda kusursuz bir kayak tatili sunuyor. Personeller eksiksiz bir tatil deneyimi için her şeyi yapıyorlar. Ayrıca kat görevlisi Zeliha Hanıma ve misafir asistanı Hakan Beye da ilgileri için ayrıca teşekkür ederiz..

Its was a fanatic trip and amazing resort eith high services I really recommend the place and i need to thanks Mr Hurkan for his warm hospitality and team, we had issues due to snow we get Stock in on our way and Hurkan and hotel team really been helpful.

All round quality, friendly staff, great ambience and ease of access made it very easy for us to enjoy our family trip. As first time skiers the ease of access to equipment and the slopes straight from the hotel is awesome great bonus. I would like to add a special thank you to Hülya at the lobby bar and an extra special thank you to Hakan Gösterici for all of his assistance and making the holiday all round perfect. We’ll be back very soon 🤞

Eda from guest experience was very kind and welcoming. Ensured our trip was well planned and entertaining. 😊 She planned out all the activities; atv, skiing, ski school, spa. The communication was seamless; she kept checking up on us. We will definitely come back again!

We have spent 2 nights in the luxurious Chalet of this wonderful hotel and it was amazing. The services are great and the ski facilities are state of the art. Many thanks to the lovely staff of the hotel. Great thanks to our Butler ( Mr Uğur Şahin) who made our stay special and fantastic. Wonderful experience
