I rated this 5 stars because the place is so affordable and at the same time the place looks amazing and it is strategically located at the center of where tourists would want to go to experience what Tbilisi has to offer. I had an amazing experience and I would like to thank the Staff for taking care of us. You guys are amazing. Thank you. Stay: Feb 23-28, 2022.

Positive - Helpfull and friendly staff. - Comfortable and renovated room. - Renovated bathroom. - Clean bedroom. - The mattress is very comfortable and the size of the bed is really large. - Very close to the old city centre in walking distance, 2-3 minutes. Restaurants, cafe, exchange money, sights. - There is a thermometer and antiseptic gel at reception. Negative - It's not a 4* hotel, it's a good 3* hotel. There are 4* hotels close to this hotel and you can compare each other. - Not so clean bathroom. - They didn't change our bed sheets for 7 nights. - Very poor breakfast and not so good. There is one lady who doesn't speak English and cooks omelette (with a lot of oil) and serves some slices of cheese with salte bread. - Not lobby. - The double room with balcony has a very very small balcoby (approximately 1m x 1m), without view. - Nobody of the staff wear face mask because of Covid-19. - I booked some tours from the reception and in one tour they didn't inform me well and I paid extra money. So, be careful with the tours and the details.

Positiv: Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Lage ist ziemlich zentral und dennoch ruhig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt insgesamt. Negativ: Es war ziemlich kalt im Zimmer, anscheinend gab es keine Heizung. Die Dusche könnte etwas besser funktionieren, das ganze Wasser kommt auf den Boden und es ist absolut nass im Badezimmer. Von aussen sieht das Hotel-Gebäude etwas billig aus. Auch die umliegenden Häuser sind nicht besonders gut gepflegt, dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts. Insgesamt würden wir das Hotel nur für einen kurzen Aufenthalt empfehlen, wenn der Preis wichtig ist.
