As a representative of our Organization, I've had several encounters with the staff at Imperial House during our delegation visits to Georgia. Unfortunately, these experiences have been consistently marred by unprofessionalism and rudeness. On one occasion, despite clear communication about booking terms, we were met with a surprise requirement for pre-payment upon arrival even wen in booking confirmation it was mentioned no pre-payment, leading to unexpected costs and inconvenience. Additionally, communication with the staff has been lacking, with emails often going unanswered for days and last-minute confirmations causing unnecessary stress. Most concerning was the response we received when we had to cancel a booking due to the last-minute confirmation from hotel's side. Instead of understanding our situation and apologize for delaying confirmation for 3 days, a staff member responded rudely and unprofessionally, threatening future bookings. Overall, our experiences with the staff at Imperial House have been disappointing and have not met the standards of professionalism we expect. We hope that management addresses these issues promptly to improve the guest experience.
