Paskunji Residence

Zarezerwowałem ten hotel, który polecili mi znajomi. Przyjechałem, aby znaleźć pokój zbyt „krótki” dla wysokiej osoby. Dach był po prostu za niski. Powiedzieli, że ulepszą mnie za dodatkową opłatą. Zmęczona i nieswoja zgodziłam się na pokój bardziej odpowiedni dla osoby średniej wielkości (5'10). Zostałem przeniesiony, a następnie kazano mi się ponownie przeprowadzić, ponieważ pokój został sprzedany (zapłaciłem za 4 noce). Następnie ponownie przeniesiono mnie do innego pokoju, a czwartej nocy powiedziano mi, że pokój został sprzedany, hotel jest w pełni zarezerwowany. Musiałem się wyprowadzić (więc zasadniczo sprzedali mój pokój dwa razy i schowali różnicę) Przeniosłem się ulicą do Ibis, który był piękny i sprawił, że poczułem się mile widziany. Okropne traktowanie i obsługa. Poza tym młody facet w recepcji jest bardzo chętny do zbytniego zaznajomienia się z gośćmi. Unikaj tego hotelu.

Such an amazing gem! Central and 5 star! Just what we needed after our week skiing. Modern and crisp linnen! Very clean. The guy at reception went out of his way to accommodate us. Helped us with restaurants and site seeing. Everything is in the room what you need!

The location of the property is perfect, 2 minute walk to Freedom square, lots of restaurants and bars in the same location. The hotel team are very helpful with any request and extremely responsive. Facilities inside the rooms are excellent, iron, fridge/freezer, cooking facility, washing machine, cutlery etc. Wi-Fi is good. Excellent value for money, I will definitely return.

Hand down the best hotel in Tbilisi, hospitality and customer service is on another level! When I was having issues with booking a rental car, hotel staff just gave me theirs, when I needed to extend my stay because my flight got change, there was no issues I just stayed in my room for extra hours after check out. Anyways, hotel was amazing, customer service and staff were the best!!!

the location is perfect. The rooms are awesome. The furniture was beautiful. The kitchen was perfect with all the necessities available. There was a dishwasher and washing machine. The beds were very comfortable. The shower was very good. the residence was very quiet. the reception was very helpful. You step outside and literally there are restaurants galore. Freedom square is 3 minutes walk away. 15 minutes walk and you are in the middle of action with the hot springs nearby. We will be back

The room was really clean and nicely decorated. It has a fully equipped kitchen and there is also a washing machine. Everything is very pleasant and the children really liked the apartment.

- Minus: The walls are cracked (the part where two perpendicular walls connect), and if your neighbors speak loud, you can l hear them clearly. And we happened to have a super-loud couple next to us. I was with my teenage child; he was feeling in this environment, while we could not take a rest in our own room. This reminded me of a poorly managed student dorm. - Minus: I ask the management to find a solution. The middle management came back with a response that I have seen for the first time (as a ********** gold member, I have been in more than 100 hotels for the last 6-7 years). They told me, “Sorry we can’t help today, and we can’t provide you solution tomorrow”. After a couple of rounds of energy-draining negotiations (including an email that I sent to their corporate mailbox, identification of the LinkedIn profile of the founder/owner, etc.), they agreed to put us in a better room, charging us extra for that service. As a result, I ended up spending 300$ more than I was expecting. - Minus : the quality of the internet was poor or more precisely said “non existant”. The management tried to help me, but they have not been able to fix it. - Minus: On Monday early afternoon for an hour or so, the middle management turned the reception area into a “hanging around area with friends”. If this was a student dorm or fraternity house that would have been fine, but this is a family-oriented hotel (with amenities and extra beds). - Plus: as opposed to the middle management, Lasha

Situated in old part of Tbilisi town, this hotel apartment is immensely accessible to the city. Also the apartment is so cute with all the amenities of a small house.. we stayed there for two nights.. we enjoyed every minute of our stay there. The staff is also super friendly.

The apartments are quiet, well designed and have everything you need. Staff are helpful and responsive. Great location.
