The bed was comfortable, the room was built to let in sunlight, breakfast was perfect, staff was kind and approachable. I will definitely visit this hotel again.

part of my enjoyable stay in Tbilisi is Reed Hotel. Staff service is 7 stars out of 5, they're very approachable and accommodating. The hotel itself is clean, facility is up to par. The Restaurant serves great food. The ambiance is great and even though its in the middle, its not noisy. Will recommend for friends and family to stay here.

Our hotel was absolutely excellent!
Huge thanks to the hotel staff, especially to the gentleman who welcomed and accommodated us on the 11th, and the lady who offered us a late checkout on the 12th. These guys are professionals and wonderful, friendly people.
The hotel is very cozy, modern, and comfortable. And, of course, I can't help but mention the delicious food! Excellent breakfasts and dinners, as well as attentive and pleasant restaurant staff.
Thank you for everything!

The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only con was the location around the hotel but it was still a 5-10 minute taxi to more central things in the city.

Gocha from the restaurant was amazing - gave us amazing service and free wine 💓 Room was comfy as well. We loved everything from the breakfast to the breathtaking views at night. I especially miss the restaurant's salmon dishes... Would love to go back here soon

Modern, clean hotel with great view over Tiblisi (Rooftop terrace) and lovely hosts. Tekla had been a great help to have a candle light dinner even though restaurant has not opened yet. The rooms and storage capacity are big enough. Bathroom is modern and newly looking. Can only recommend for that decent price!
