Fantastic spacious accommodation, with a great location. Very well equipped kitchen highly recommend if your planning a holiday in Teignmouth in Devon. There`s lots to see and do in the area whether a family, couple, or travelling alone.

Returning again for another family holiday to the Riviera Apar**ents in Teignmouth. Emma and her team have made improvements to the Apar**ent this year with a refreshed en-suite in the master bedroom with rain head shower and larger cubicle. New plants positioned around the living area alongside other soft furnishing updates keep the living area bang up to date. Visited again on carnival week which gives the added benefit of live music and fireworks from the balcony to enhance the holiday. It feels inconceivable considering going somewhere else for our family summer holiday, so we have booked again for 2024.

We booked Riviera Apar**ents to enable ailing family members to have a well earned rest as both of them are seriously unwell. My wife & I have stayed here several times before. The place is delightful, immaculate & has everything needed for outdoor walking or indoor relaxing. The staff are excellent. Thank you Emma & the team.

We have used these apar**ents for about 6 years now in November to celebrate my birthday and cannot fault anything to do with them. We have always found them clean to top standards and everything you need is there. The view is to die for and the sun rise directly in front of the building is brilliant. We have already discussed next years November return .

We stayed here in early December 2022 for a weekend break with family. Walking in on a cold day to a warm, stunning apar**ent with views to die for, top notch furnishings, bedding and squeaky clean. The decorated Chris**as tree was an unexpected delight. We honestly could not fault our stay at all. It was a pleasure to make use of the kitchen and with the view, it made for a lovely family catch up. A great place for friends or family. We will be back (in fact we have just booked another stay). Thank you Emma also for the communication and being so understanding when we had to postpone our stay.

Booked Riviera Apar**ents for some much-needed time away with my daughter. Greta communication from the outset which made for smooth arrival. Immaculately clean, such a beautiful outlook and well-appointed apar**ents. We loved the whole stay and loved sitting watching the sea and the world go by. Will definitely be returning. Thank you

2nd stay in this wonderful apar**ent. Very very clean, well equipped and comfortable, especially the beds, pillow a little thin for us but that's personal choice. Love the new dining chairs. Kitchen is well equipped but with enough room to pop in your own food etc, which some places forget to leave space for lol. Maybe some bigger tongs for next year pls, there so tiny . We have rented a lot of holiday places over the years and its refreshing to stay in one where everything works, thank you that attention to detail makes all the difference, nothing worse than renting somewhere that has 3 showers but only 1 works, not the case here. The decking is great, plenty of quality seating and lilo's to lay on and get a tan, so peaceful and relaxing to just to sit and watch the world go by whilst soaking in the views.

Just returned from our sixth visit to the Riviera Apar**ents. Yet again it has provided us with a quality base to explore from that invokes the same feel good factor year after year. Emma and her team keep the apar**ents just so, the communication prior to arrival is spot on and if something does fail the speed of resolution matches that of a quality hotel. There is everything you need for a family holiday, quality equipment in the kitchens and comfy mattresses in the bedroom. Alexa and coffee pod machines are present alongside a decent washer drier should you need it whilst away. Carnival week this week which gives the added bonus of live bands that can be enjoyed from the balcony and a superb view of the firework display. Booked again for next year for a seventh year is testament to how much we love the Riviera Apar**ents.
