This is my second time staying there and my first visit was in July. Facilities and services are very good at this hotel. I like that beds are comfortable and a lot of pillows provided. Amenities in my second stay is much less than first stay for example no more shower cap. Not sure it was the room type or just house keeping got stingy. Other facilities such as coffee machine, mini bar, etc. are there. They have big car parking and it is free. I love their garden made in a bit chaotic style. They have multiple sauna and spas with sauna master making in fusion. My husband loves them. Also there are natural pool and indoor pool. Be prepared to see a lot naked people in Saunas and natural pool. Indoor pool has a sign not to swim naked but I encounter an old lady totally naked in the indoor pool recently. Breakfast is very good with variety of choice including warm food like fresh omelette and bacon. A lot of fruits and usual cold cuts are there too. Food from restaurant is very good and waiters are exceptionally polite. You can hear German words sehr gerne repeatedly and I found that charming. They have multiple massages and facial packages. 80 minutes facial and back massage combination is sensational. It costs 105€ but worth it.

It's a great hotel to stay: The service goes the extra mile for you. Everything is very clean, the beds so comfortable. The food is exquisite and the view fantastic. I have already booked my next visit.

Ein ganz tolles Hotel, sowohl der Service, das Essen, der Wellnessbereich und die Zimmer waren extrem schön, sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben im Hotel nicht nur eine wunderschöne Zeit verbracht, sondern auch eine ganz tolle Hochzeit gefeiert! Sie haben uns alle Wünsche erfüllt und keine Email blieb unbeantwortet! Es war eine ganz tolle Betreuung zu jeder Zeit!

Alles mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Wunderschöne Ruhebereiche, Innenhof um den Naturpool ist absolut windstill. Da lässt es sich auch bei niedrigeren Temperaturen bereits sonnen. Frühstück und Abendessen absolut lecker und eine super Aussicht auf der Terrasse. Personal war in allen Bereichen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Massage ist auch empfehlenswert 👍 In der Nähe gibt es wunderschöne Wanderwege. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Da ich geschäftlich sehr viel unterwegs bin, habe ich schon viele Spitzenhotels kennen lernen dürfen.
Trotzdem werde ich immer wieder mal überrascht.
Dieses Hotel und mich in Erstaunen versetzt. Wunderschön gelegen, toller Service, großartige Wellness – Landschaft! Top!

Das Hotel ist unglaublich geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man entdeckt immer wieder neue liebevolle Details. Der Empfang war herzlich, informativ und wir wurden gleich zu einem Glas Prosecco eingeladen. Wir haben gleich unser Zimmer beziehen können, ein geräumiges Zimmer im Landhausstil mit großem Balkon , Betten mit hohem Liegekomfort, Kaffeeautomaten. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein ganz besonderes Highlight ist der große SPA- und Wellnessbereich mit Innenpool, Naturgeschichte, mehreren Saunen und großzügigen, hellen Ruhebereichen, die wirklich zum Entspannen und verweilen einladen. Im "Haus des Lichts" haben wir die Entspannungs-Anwendung bei der Fitnessfee ebenso genossen wie die Faszien- und Schröpfmassage im Wellnessbereich. Ein ganz großes Lob hat sich auch die Küche mit dem Servicepersonal verdient, das sehr gesundes und hochwertiges Essen gezaubert hat. Ein doppelter "Gruß aus der Küche" hat die Vorfreude auf die Hauptspeisen erhöht und wurde dem vollends gerecht. Zusammengefasst ein sehr gut geführtes Haus mit angenehm freundlichen, aber nicht aufdringlichen Mitarbeitern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit traumhafter und ruhiger Lage.
Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig.
Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt als "Wellness-Urlaub" sehr zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder.

We werden heel vriendelijk ontvangen aan de receptie. Zij gaven hele duidelijke uitleg. De kamer was kleiner dan we op website hadden gezien. Jammer dat er geen airco in het hotel is want het was er heel warm. Tijdens ons verblijf was er een trouwfeest, onze kamer was boven de zaal gelegen wat tot 24h voor heel veel geluidshinder heeft gezorgd. De volgende dag hebben we dit gemeld aan de receptie en hebben ze hiervoor een correcte tegemoetkoming gegeven. Jammer dat we niet de keuze hadden om in het lichte grote restaurant te eten want de bierstube is erg warm en donker.
