Location is excellent near the Tel Aviv port. Hotel us old and run down. Service at the front desk is mediocre

The room was clean but very noisy. The breakfast area looks very nice, but many tables were blocked due to leaks on the roof and the water dropped down.
The staff were friendly and some are able to speak German.
