Carlton ma doskonałą lokalizację na plaży w Tel Awiwie. Hotel jest bardzo dobrze utrzymany, obsługa jest doskonała, podobnie jak realizacja specjalnych życzeń. Śniadanie to wielkie izraelskie śniadanie! ! Wybór jest ogromny, a jakość bardzo dobra. Serwery bardzo zwracają uwagę na wszelkie prośby, nawet wykraczające poza oczekiwane uszczęśliwienie. To świetne miejsce na pobyt i wygodne w wielu częściach Tel Awiwu. Nie szkodzi, że stawki są niższe niż w kilku innych hotelach w pobliżu lub nawet daleko od plaży.

Front desk had their act together and dealt with my questions efficiently. Room was neat and clean.

Hotel was not what I expected for the price we paid. Service was not the best, staff was not that friendly.

I will for sure be staying here again upon my next trip to Tel Aviv. Great sea view room and amazing service from all staff. Finally, one of the most extensive breakfast buffets, as close to the sea as you could get.

Excellent hotel, excellent breakfast buffet, staff and guest relations were amazingly polite, professional and very willing to resolve any issues. Area around hotel very safe and pleasant to walk day and night. Nice beach infront of hotel.

Great location and very clean. The roof top area with pool is excellent and has an amazing view and great service. Breakfast is excellent with a variety of options and is located on the beach with seafront view. The food at the restaurant is delicious. The SPA and jacuzzi located at the 5th floor has perfect settings for a great relax time with snacks provided. For the room, make sure you check the type of bed you are getting because they have a lot of twin beds but they can change mattresses and give you the queen or king you want.

Great location, right on the best beach in Tel Aviv with great access to good restaurants. Hotel is quite dated and could use a renovation in the near future. Service is solid. Quite expensive for the quality but options in Tel Aviv are limited. Not a 5 star property but a solid 4 star.

Our stay at the Carlton was one of the best hotel experiences ever... from the time of check in until the minute we left, we were treated like we were special guests. I would like to give a special acknowledgment to Gila who provided amazing customer service. She is very special and I hope the hotel knows how good she is at her job! The hotel rooms were comfortable, the spa was great, and the rooftop pool and jacuzzi amazing. We had a rental car and they provided valet service which cost around $40/ day but was worth every cent due to the convenience. The breakfast was wonderful and had a view of the beach/surfers/marina. I would not hesitate to stay here again.
