Imperial Hotel

I stayed in this hotel back in November a couple of days, the first floor there is like a restaurant that is handled by reservations, the bed was very comfortable and the size of the room was very good, the location was good close to the Beach if you go in Summer is a good location, close to the stop buses that you can take to move around the city, A**s and supermarket close to the area, the personal was good, the bad things is that there is bugs in the room and the WIfi connection was awful so awful that in some cases i needed to go down to the reception to get good signal and in some cases with the weak connection i had to to move around something that i needed to check out my emails constantly.

The hotel is located very near the Tel Aviv beach. Although the staff receptionist are almost all male and look like military trained but they are very friendly and helpful. The place is spartan but well maintained. It has a free coffee counter all day round.

The place is just terrible. The only good thing about it - is the good location. It is just about 100 meters from the beach. Everything else is really bad. We stayed in this place on 10th of April 2022 and needed a place just to spend several hours before the early flight. Otherwise we would leave this place immediately even if we would loose money for the reservation. The furnitue is just falling apart. Everything is very dusty. Moreover the room doesn’t look like it was cleaned before our arrival. Part of the linen were mssing. Furniture is broken, paint from the walls is falling on the floor. The socket was sparkling and the guys had to fix it with a screwdriver in front of us. And as a cherry on the top - reception guys tried to charge us more money than was agreed in the *********** My advice is to avoid this place if possible. This place is not cheap and there are a lot of places around which look much much better.

The staff are very helpful and pleasant. Chris is helpful and our stay enjoyable. I Will definatly return to the imperial : impressive lovely and stunning There was wonderful drink on the 10 bar also We would always remember this place to be the best home sweet home.

I arrived at 3pm and the room was not ready yet. I waited for 30 minutes to be assigned a room. As you go up in the lift you can smell this damp/ mould in the air. I went to open the bedroom door and the handle was not very secure. The smell continues in the bedroom, cracks in wall indicate damp as does damp and mould on furniture. Water leaking in bathroom. I asked receptionist for a better room as can’t stay here. The receptionist told me his work history and how this is a terrible place to work. The receptionist told me that the manager is meant to be here at 7am. I said that was not good enough. *********** eventually sorted a refund and luckily I found less hostile and nicer accommodation. But absolutely disgusting hotel!

It was bad there was a leak in bathroom the tub from upstairs leaked everynight the window was broken, the room was pretty old and falling apart. The staff some ok the 5am guy a rude piece of trash. Then there are the surprise costs and yes they do throw in extra charges and dont honor the ********** price that is why i would suggest to go elsewhere because i read it here and it happened to me too, then they state they will help you get a taxi but the guy in the front did not help us and they violently asked me to pay an extra charge but it was not on the first day i checked in. no vale la pena roban porque parece una buena oferta pero el ultimo dia violentamente con mi familia cuando necesitaba un auto para ir al aeropuerto el empleado me dijo que devia mas dinero y ya avia el primer dia confirmado que no tenia que pagar nada mas que el precio de ********** y no me llamo el auto para el aeropuerto hasta que pagara y yo estava con ancianos y ya esta poniendose tarde pague y el hijo de tio dijo que llamo al auto pero nunca lo iso porque nunca llego el auto yo tuve que ir a parar autos hasta que uno me llevo por $60 a el aeropuerto y si no el maldito no le importo si perdia el vuelo se vengo por que no quise pagar el extra costo. Es mejor buscar otro hotel este es basura os recomiendo algo mejor. non e' buono questo hotel e' sporco e il costo e' carro, ti danno un prezo qui in ********** ma l'ultimo giorno l'impiegato figlio di ... mi ha detto hai bisogno di pagare piu

The Location was excellent.The receptionist are nice and helpful.I would not recommend the hotel.Its dirty, towels ,bedsheets are disgusting, its not white its dirty white and linens were thin. i would suggest to bring your own towel.gum on wall, dirty bathrom, They charge you different than ********* rate,so make sure you check your bills before checking out.

When arrived they gave me a dirty room and was charge more of what I booked thru Travelocity. Bad customer services I was better of staying on hostel

It's accommodating. But if you come here bring your own utensils and disposable cups Incase you'll be needing it. They will not provide those things for you guys.
