Tesco Express is just a three-minute drive away and is open seven days a week from 7am until 11pm. The property is just a 5-10 minute drive from Saltdean beach and buses run every 10 minutes from the end of the road, with services running till 3am every night except Sundays. Brighton is approximately 15 minutes away by bus or car, and taxis cost approximately £15 to £25 for a 4/8 seater.
