Customer service was absolutely top notch, everyone was very kind and attentive. My only complaint is the laundry room wasnt sticked with some soap fornpirchase soni couldnt do laundry(and I really needed to lol). Ots within walking distance to Old Town Temecula so would be easy to go for some drinks and not have an issue getting home. Was quiet at night and didnt feel unsafe one bit. The room thatvi had did not have a mini fridge so prepare for that

The room was clean and the housekeeping staff were prompt and polite. Thr front desk girl with glasses was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would be happy to return. A second ice machine would be great.

A single queen bed room that was non-smoking was not saved for us so we had to use a double bed room with only full beds. There was hair in the shower/tub and a dirty tissue in the bed. Wall are very thin so you can here everything going on in the next door rooms.

I didn’t like the old town Temecula. A bit snobby for me. The hotel was great and very clean. If I’m forced to visit this city again I’d stay at Motel 6 again but I will not visit this city if I can help it.
