We only stayed for one night so no big complaints. Overall it was a good stay. Just some feedback. The room was spacious. They are going through a renovation and the sleeper sofa is no longer part of their design being in the suites. The staff were really nice and helpful though and was able to provide us with roller beds, extra sheets, pillows and towels. The new design and layout is a bit odd, there’s a blank wall in front of the 2 beds and the small tv was on the side in between 2 windows. We think a bigger tv would be better and should be in front of the beds. Probably could put an artwork in between the windows instead of the tv. The shampoo was empty, but some of us brought our own so we didn’t want to go through the hassle to ask for a refill. There was only one bar soap for the sink and shower, but some of us brought our own so we didn’t bother asking for more. Thank you.

There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom, and the shower was lukewarm all three times. I complained to the front desk and was offered no apology. Instead, all I was told was that, “When it gets busy we often run out of hot water”. Unacceptable.

Liked the cleanness but the heater/AC unit is attached to the window and I had to sleep with the fan noise tuning on and off.

The staff seemed warm and accommodating. The second night was ruined, however, when about 1:30 am, the room next to ours had some guests who decided to party for the next couple of hours. I could have called the desk, but this involved at least 6 guests in that room who were younger and looked to be ready for a fight. Luckily my wife had some earplugs. Were it not for that incident, it would have been a pleasant stay.

The only thing I was unhappy with was that no bottled water was provided and the ice bucket was wet and had no plastic bag inserts. I don’t like to drink tap water in a hotel and I didn’t find any cups for water but did find coffee cups the next morning.

I really enjoyed the staff, very nice people. I was bummed the spa was closed, I really was looking forward to it.
