I would definitely book a stay here in the future if I ever needed to. The room could use some updates but overall it was better than good enough. Great location, industrial area. Recommended.

Old and dated bathroom, stained fixtures, old furniture. No nearby restaurants or coffee places within walking distance. Overpriced. Bed was ok. I would not stay here again.

Convenient to airport. Spent the night before an early morning flight. Hotel gets a lot of wear and it shows it. Room in bed were comfortable clean and was a value compared to other hotels in the area.

I liked the rooms, its spacious and clean. It needs airing out, smells musky. The facility seems aged, grounds dirty, and it appears those that area homeless may be hanging around the property, unsafe feeling.

It’s a bit run down and carpet in the room was dirty. A little noisy with doors slamming. No Kleenex and no body wash but small bars of soap. Absolutely no early check in without a fee. The hotel did give us a room on the upper floor away from traffic as requested so staff was accommodating. Not a bad hotel not great hotel.

Rooms were dirty, each bed only came with 2 pillows and when we asked for more they said no. Bathroom was gross. Would not stay again

I was shocked that there was no food service or breakfast offered at this hotel, that there was only one paper cup to make coffee (with two guests and no one to ask for more cups), and a badly designed room layout and mostly bare floors, making the room cool and noisy.

It is great value for the money for this area of Tempe. It needs renovation and it definitely could have been cleaner. The bed was perfect though - clean and white sheets and spread. The staff was very very nice.
