Nice, comfortable rooms with very friendly staff. Street noise was a little excessive but it is downtown so maybe that’s to be expected.

This was a great stay overall! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, also knowledgable! I was visiting the area for the weekend for a graduation and had no clue what was around or where to go, but the staff gave a great run down of what was nearby and all conveniently in walking distance. The parking situation was mainly valet which wasn’t included in the stay, which caught me off guard, if you need to park in the facility beside the hotel it could be taken care of by the restaurant inside the building if you decided to dine there. Aside from that, great stay and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Very eclectic and chic. Very clean and neat. Only thing I could see to improve the stay is the option for free breakfast. Love some fruit and eggs for breakfast that other places offer.

Overall property was modern and decent. It was the room that was disappointing. Looked like it was under construction and had zero carpet anywhere in the room. Shower floor was also cracked badly. Looked like they were in the middle of remodeling and decided to still rent out the room.

Great hotel in a convenient location. Restaurant, pool, and rooms were all great. Only two issues, and one is not controllable by the hotel. If your room is on the south side of the hotel along University Ave, it is very noisy with traffic, loud vehicles, motorcycles, and sirens. Second, the curb on the north side of the driveway along the sidewalk is hard to see at night. Poorly lit and not painted yellow. I tripped over it getting out of my vehicle and skinned my knee, sprained my left elbow and right wrist. This needs to be corrected. Otherwise, a great stay.

I checked in around 1 pm, and was told I would be receiving a text when my room was ready. I never received a text. Not a big deal. Later that evening, I checked to see if my room was ready and it was. When I got to the room, the TV was not working and I could not login to WIFI. Both issues were remedied immediately. I also stayed for two nights and my room was never cleaned. Maybe I slept in too late and missed it. Not sure.
None of the above ruined my trip, but because of all of the issues, I'm saying the trip overall was average.
