Patrick at the front desk is very kind and helpful. We always stay here when we come down from Payson and catch a flight the next day.

Best thing was the lovely friendly staff at check in - April and a gentleman whose name I didn’t get.
Room was clean and comfortable, pool was nice with loungers, towels and parasols.
Breakfast had a decent selection with bacon, waffles, cereal, fruit and more
Location was good just a short drive from PHX

This hotel is clean, comfortable, quiet and easily accessible. We actually stayed at the beginning and the end of our trip as it was so close to the airport. We highly recommend!

Very nice, clean hotel. The receptionist was so sweet and gave us recommendations of places to eat in Phoenix. I didn't catch his name but I would happily stay again just for his friendliness. Phoenix isn’t my favorite place, we stayed just for a night before our flight but this is the perfect spot for that.

The hotel is very nice and breakfast was delicious. The hotel was clean. The only thing I didn’t like are the sliding doors for the bathrooms which are noisy and don’t close well and that there are not individual shampoo and conditioner bottles so you have to use the ones that they refill, which I think is a little gross other than that this is a great experience

Hotel is in a nice area. Neat and clean inside and outside. Bright with nice decor inside. Just like the pictures but nicer in person. Breakfast was very good. Definitely returning next visit.
