Great hotel, really worth it in relation to price/value. Fast checking, rooms identical as advertised in the website. Great location in Temuco's downtown, good car park, security, and overall great people.

El pasillo con mal aspecto debido a las innumerables manchas en la alfombra. Informacion de tarifas mal interpretada por pasajeros debido a la poca claridad por parte del hotel. Recepcionistas y personnel de aseo muy amables

Bien temperado Buena recepción Excelente desayuno Buenos estacionamientos. Limpio y ordenado Exelente lugar para pasar un par de noches. Totalmente recomendable es un lugar donde sus habitaciones son amplias h con un Exelente Sergio.

Fui muchas veces y siempre lo elijo, sobre todo por la ubicacion. Los cuartos dobles son mucho más cómodos y grandes que los matrimoniales. Las toallas siguen siendo muy viejas pero las sábanas son muy buenas. El desayuno está vez, dejó mucho que desear en calidad, muy básico, sin opciones, una desilusión. La comida en el bar ingles si nos gustó

Pésimo servicio, al ingresar a las 21:50 el recepcionista invita a conocer el bar restaurante que según la información atiende hasta las 22:30, al ingresar al restaurante a las 22:10 las 2 camareras y el camarero no se acercan a la mesa y luego de unos minutos tomo la carta QR de una mesa cercana, elijo que cenar y al pedir que atiendan, ambas camareras responden "estamos a 10 minutos de cerrar" POR FAVOR, SI DICE 22:30 ATIENDAN HASTA ESA HORA, SINO CAMBIEN EL CIERRE A LA HORA QUE CORRESPONDA O HASTA QUE QUIERAN ATENDER. Solicité libro de reclamos en recepción y la recepcionista que había tomado el turno, me dice que no existe libro de Reclamos.
