This place is great for disconnecting or visiting with family. It is very secure, near Tepotzotlan and near Mexico city but secluded and quiet. The staff is very friendly, the buffet is delicious and the common areas are very comfortable.

Creo que la habitacion esta sobrevaluada. No encontre un boton de calefaccion para calentar el cuarto. La habitacion deberia costar a lo sumo 800 pesos.

Deberían considerar que el horario de check inn quede registrado a partir de que el huésped llega. Si llega a las 10 de la noche hacer el check out maximo a las 3 de la tarde, esto por la razón que no utilizó las intstalaciones durante el día anterior .. gracias

Las instalaciones son muy buenas. La suite que nos toco muy amplia, limpia y muy bien arreglada con muebles de calidad. La cama comodisima. El personal muy amable y atento. Como sugerencia podrían meter menú de almohadas. Muy tranquilo el lugar para ir en pareja. Recomendable

Fue una perfecta habitación para el arreglo de los novios y pasamos un fin de semana muy relajados. El bufete incluido me parece suficiente y la comida de la carta es buena. Se encuentra a unos 15 minutos del centro de Tepotzotlán.
