Really clean modern apartment in great area with everything nearby would definitely stay again
Hot water a bit hit and miss especially in evenings and had no kettle so bought one and left it there for next guest
Wifi great and 24/7 security

We arrived and there was no one to help with our lugagge and no one on the front desk, they took 15 minutes to get there, the air conditioning in the room rattled horribly the maintainance guy came and said they all sounded like that i mentioned i have ac in my house and they dont sound like that we went to another room and it didnt make the noise, the rooms that dont have a mountain view arent nice 2 hours to get settled dont expect good service The safety deposit box didnt work I asked to talk with a manager or owner and they simply said they are una le to contact them

Este hotel es verdaderamente malo. La comida es pesima, te ofrecen desayuno que es huevo y frijoles y pan diario. El servicio tambien es malisimo. Estuaba descompuesta la tv y despues de varias horas fueron a arreglarla y luego se volvio a descomponer. Junto a la alberca estan remodelando y tienen lleno de costales de cemento y todo sucio. La alberca tiene unos cuantos camastros y no alcanzan. El lobby es oscuro y todo esta amontonado. Nos querian hospedar en unos cuartos que tienen construidos en el estacionamiento, y no lo permitimos. Por el precio-calidad es la peor opcion. No vayan ¡¡¡

Celebramos nuestro aniversario en tepoztlán la pasamos muy bien en Nequi, es más bonito que en fotos, es tranquilo, está super ubicado y el personal es muy amable.
Siempre dispuestos a ayudar y a darte recomendaciones 10/10.

Pongo esta calificación por costo / calidad. Si tuviera un precio razonable podría ser más alta pero definitivamente NO LO VALE. Fuimos a comer a dos hoteles más Posada Tepozteco y Casa Fernanda, con precios un poco mas bajos y un mundo de diferencia en servicio y calidad. Lo positivo de Nequi: ubicación, la tina de hidromasaje en el cuarto claro que es un plus, está lo suficientemente limpio y cuidado para qued**** a dormir, y salir a pasear. Nos permitieron hacer early check in lo cual es un buen detalle de servicio Lo negativo: la alberca no está climatizada y tanto a la alberca como al jacuzzi bar les falta cuidado en limpieza. Los sillones alrededor de la alberca estaban sucios. Hay bastante ruido de todo. El internet no sirve. Las camas no son cómodas. El restaurante equis 100%, la puerta de la habitación es vieja y está a floja, tuvimos que calzarla por el aire.

Esta bien ubicado, pero no vale lo que cuesta. Las habitaciones muy sencillas, amenidades con costo, minibar con sobre costo.
