My fammily and I enjoyed our one night stay there. My mother was fascinated with the place. It’s just so peaceful and beautiful. The service was absolutely incredible from the start until we left.

The day we reserved for our staying time I called to ask about the pools, the lady at the reception said the covered pool has warm water, it wasn’t. The food at the restaurant not so good, and very small servings. I had to call the reception because it was around 11:15 pm and they were assembling the tents for an event right outside our room, they kept working and making noise till after midnight. the gardens are gorgeous, but in general a big disappointment.

We were looking at this hotel as a potential wedding venue and put down at $10,000 peso deposit to hold the date. We ultimately decided to go with another venue in Bernal and it has been an absolute NIGHTMARE getting out deposit back. The manager has been giving us the runaround, has taken to screening our calls, and I am afraid they are trying to steal our money. Be very careful doing business with Hotel Villa Florencia!

We have been 4 people in two rooms. Great place, first you feel like paradise. Some rooms smell moldy, we had to change it, broken things here and there. One aircondition made loud sounds, so that you cannot sleep well. Also may rooms are close to the beautiful peacocks, but they make a lot of noise all night long. The restaurant offers a menu via QR Code. When you go there it is more expensive and the menue is smaller. The waiters are very slow and cannot remember what you ordered. The starters have been served with the main dishes. A bottle of white wine came kind of warm without a bucket of ice. The Hotel should habe a bar, it was closed. Breakfast: Toast came cold. They had no black tee. Waiter slow again even if the restaurant was more or less empty.
And the little Pools with the fountains are not maintained and very green and disgusting.
Its very sad because even an old building this could be a little paradise if.......

Un hotel de ensueño, está muy hermoso. Excelente atención . La comida en el restaurante es Gourmet, riquísima. La alberca climatizada es excelente. Todo muy elegante. Admiten mascotas. Y tienen Pavorreales, Cisnes Guacamayas, Loros y un Flamingo!

Lo más atractivo de la propiedad son sus jardines, con aves exóticas y bonita arquitectura. También nos gustó la piscina a cubierto. Sin embargo y para ser francos, quedamos MUY decepcionados con la actitud fría e indiferente de los empleados de recepción, pareciera que a uno le hacen el favor y la mitad del tiempo no había nadie ahí ! La propiedad descuidada y nos vimos obligados primero a cambiar de habitación porque no cerraba bien la puerta, el baño no tenía agua corriente suficiente para la ducha y no había agua caliente. La segunda habitación mejor pero al final tuvimos que dejar el hotel para buscar otra opción de segunda noche ya que nunca pudimos ducharnos. Los empleados decían que para tener agua caliente había que dejar correr el chorro entre 15 y 20 minutos! El restaurante bonito y la comida bien servida, pero mi pareja y yo nos enfermamos del estomago y no sé si fue por los alimentos. En fin que yo no lo recomendaría, necesita mucho mantenimiento. El aparato,calefactor no servía y la habitación helada! Hay mucho mejores en Tequisquiapan donde la relación precio - servicio está más equilibrada.

Excelente propiedad muy espaciosa con sus jardines internos que dan una magnífica vista desde las habitaciones y ver sus animales en libertad dan una magnífica impresión así como sus kioskos con figuras de arte, felicidades por ello
