Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The cleanliness, order and state of the facilities are unbeatable. Finally, I must highlight the most important value, which is the attention of the staff, excellent warmth and kindness. I will definitely keep coming back

A great location for accessing all the highlights in the Santa Elena/Monteverde area. The lodges are excellent. Well furnished and comfortable. We saw plenty of animals and birds in the grounds and on the trails. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel does not offer any catering. The lodges have functional kitchens and fresh produce is available onsite - for free! There is a good breakfast place almost opposite the entrance, and two excellent restaurants (Thomas & Thiago and Don Luis) are 5 minutes walk away. We loved Los Pinos!

Estivemos em família de 03 a 08/08. Éramos 5 adultos e 3 crianças e 2 bebês. Para quem vai com bebê, eles emprestam carrinho de bebê, e também tem cadeirinha para transportar a criança no transfer. Basta você solicitar quando reservar o transfer. Recreação infantil: Pinitos a partir dos 4 anos e também Semillitas, de 1 a 3 anos, isso mesmo, eles cuidam até dos bebês!!) Um espaço lindo com brinquedos para os mais pequenos. Meu filho e sobrinhos adoraram ao Seño José María. Eles tem jogos de tabuleiro, cartas etc que também emprestam pra que você leve pra jogar nas dependências do hotel. Dps as comidas deliciosas, café da manhã com fruta de verdade, não economizam, tudo de primeira qualidade. Na piscina tem freezer com picolé da marca Arcor, no almoço e jantar tem opção a la carte e também minutas, as sobremesas são deliciosas, na semana que estive, havia Baked Alaska, Pavlova, Crema Catalana, e todas com sabor, nada daquelas sobremesas cheia de gelatina e com gosto artificial, tudo muito bom realmente. Nos bares os drinks muito bons também, só você precisa saber o que gosta de tomar, porque eles não tinham menu de drinks. Ah eles tbm tem cinema que colocam filmes durante a tarde e a noite, e entretenimento adulto todos os dias. As piscinas muito boas, eu destaco a coberta, pq estava com minha bebê, ela amou!! Enfim, muito bom lugar pra descansar e aproveitar o hotel, pena que acaba, mas com certeza voltaria. Se você está pensando nos dólares que vai gastar, nem pense, fecha o olho e vai, porque é bom demais.

El el segundo año consecutivo que vamos. Un lugar hermoso, buen clima, las comidas de calidad, el personal excelente. Todos son profesionales en lo suyo. Jorge que nos atendía todos los almuerzos, los chicos y chicas de los Bares, recepción, la animación increíble, Ova, Tucu y Anita junto al resto que no recuerdo los nombres. Hay concursos y los que ganan tienen un boucher para cambiar en la próxima estadía. Es real porque yo me quedé un día más utilizando el premio. Limpieza impecable. Hotel de nivel Internacional. Felicitaciones a todos su personal y gracias por la Atención.

Observe que del año a la pasado a la fecha, bajo considerablemente la calidad de descanso, sacaron la carpa de distracción y el único entretenimiento utilizan al huésped, donde se concentraba el bullicio pero retirado del bar central, donde uno podría tomar algo en silencio y tranquilidad, como también cerraron el otro restaurante nocturno, con la opción al balcón y agruparon a todo el contingente en un solo lugar, como también mantienen, la cordialidad y atención del personal.

Podrían estar a la altura de un all inclusive del Caribe pero están fallando en algo muy básico. Cuando un pasajero tiene un vuelo luego del horario de check out, en cualquier all inclusive te permiten dejar la habitación pero usar las instalaciones hasta el momento de retirarte al aeropuerto (en algunos hasta te ofrecen una habitación de cortesía!). Pero en Los Pinos no pasa, te cobran entre un 20 y un 50% de la estadía para usar las instalaciones hasta el momento de retirarte, y sino te quedaras dando vueltas por Santiago del Estero hasta que se haga la hora de irte! Estaría buenisimo que puedan sumar este beneficio para los pasajeros y que no lo cobren. Saludos

Excelentes servicios. Instalaciones hermosas y bien cuidadas. Deben mejorar la animación. El personal es muy amable. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, está cerca del centro comercial. Las comidas son muy buenas tanto desayuno , almuerzo y cena. Una buena picada a las 19 hs. Acompañada de un espumante. Y los consejos del personal. Excelente estadía.

TODO DE 10 ANIMACION ATENCION Y COMIDA ESPECIALMENTE ANIMACION TUCU MOZO ENRIQUE . TODOS MUY AMABLES Y ESA AGUA TERMAL ES ESPECTACULAR TAMBIEN EL SPA ES MUY COMPLETO. EL UICO PROBLEMA ES QUE UNO SE TRAE ALGUNOS KILOS DE MAS DE TANTO PROBAR. SEGURAMENTE VOLVEREMOS
