Fattoria Fibbiano

An absolute must stay! Our main floor apartment was spacious and perfect for the two of us! We ended up canceling a tour just to hang out at the vineyard for a day! We opted for a vineyard tour with Olga, who was super knowledgeable and it was incredible to see the production first hand! We got to sample 5 wines along with cheeses and meats. The daily breakfast was delicious, pool was relaxing, and the wine bar had great drinks and food! Fattoria Fibbiano is a great central location for day trips- we went to Florence, Venice, Pisa, Cinque Terre, San Gimiangio, Volterra and more! It is a must stay to relax and enjoy the peaceful country side while being close enough to travel to small villages and other towns. We had a rental car and without private transportation it does make it more difficult to get around.

What a wonderful place. Beautiful apartment, stunning Tuscan views, great pool, delicious wine and very helpful family. The nicest place I've ever stayed and I've travelled all over the world. Thank you.

What a wonderful property, people and location!! We absolutely loved staying at Fibbiano. Sylvia was a huge help recommending things to do locally and booking a fabulous dinner in nearby Cianni, as well as serving us beautiful wines at Fibbiano - a sparkling personality to match the sparkling wine!! Rosario was fabulous answering questions in booking and helping when we arrived. And the wine tour and chats with Matteo, were fascinating. Matteo's passion and love for the land, the grapes and wine process is obvious, and is reflected in the accommodations, the food and the wine. The pool was a gem as the weather was insanely hot! The bed and pillows were comfortable and the room we booked was great - with fridge, lots of living space and a home-away-from-home feel. This is just a happy place to stay. We will absolutely be back next time we are in Italy!! Thank you for making our stay so memorable!!!

Our 3rd stay at Fattoria Fibbiano since taking a wine tour in 2013. Our last stay was 2015 and there have been many upgrades. All apartments now have air conditioning which was a huge bonus given the high temperature. There is now a wine bar selling the fabulous vineyard produce. The staff are all very friendly and extremely helpful. The Cantoni family are lovely and have a really special place here. The views are stunning, the pool is a decent size with plenty of sun beds. T-Bone steak night was a huge success and my personal favourite is Pizza night, all cooked in the 300+ year old outdoor oven. I previously wrote a review describing this place as heaven on earth. 8 years later, my opinion has not changed. Fantastic location, family, staff and wine! Thank you for having us back.

Fattoria Fibbiano's facility is superb. Our apartment was top notch and furnished very nicely. The owners and staff were excellent hosts. The wine from their vineyard was supurb, we had some shipped back to our home in the USA. We hope to return again, but for a longer stay. Ciao

We were blessed with a 6-night stay at Fattoria Fibbiano. We had an exclusive rental, accommodating 25 family members in the lovely apartments at the farmhouse. Rosario and his team were superb, providing for us anything we could need. The apartments were clean and well maintained, most just having gone through major bathroom renovations - lovely! Rosario helped to plan many family meals at the farmhouse, all were executed to precision - serving us delicious, traditional Tuscan meals in a perfect setting. We also opted for the breakfast which varied daily, but was consistently stunning and delicious. We were very busy touring during the day, and it always felt like we were coming home when we returned to the farmhouse. Guiseppee, the owner, brought us on a tour of the beautiful vineyards, sharing his priceless experiences and knowledge with us - he truly made us feel welcome, and we were so happy to get to spend time with this amazing man. We also had interesting conversations with Guiseppee's two son's who gave us great insight into the family business of making wine. I would highly recommend spending time at this lovely fattoria.

Fattoria Fibbiano was a paradise! The nature, the swimmingpool with wiew over the Tuscan hills was beautiful! Best of all was the people working there, charming and funny! The wine was excellent! The breakfast was charming, and delicios! We will defenatley go back some day

I would start this review mentioning how difficult was the search for our accommodation in Tuscany. We wanted to stay in the countryside, at a farm, to meet a tuscan family, see the lifestyle, taste local products, but also to have a certain level of comfort and facilities. Well, it is not easy at all, to find this perfect mix. After an exhausting search we found this place. Fattoria Fibbiano was our home for five nights were we had a wonderful time! We found exactly what we wished for: a business managed by a tuscan family who also lives there. A beautiful, tipically tuscan property and also a wine factory. They are also cultivating olives in and vegetables …The olive oil and the tomatos…are heavenly! All these activities at the farm are run with the help of a team, of course, and what a team! Rosario and Simona are so kindly and friendly people and perfect hosts!! For me, a sign for a good management, a healty business and pleasant atmosphere is the energy of the employees. When they have authentique smiles, when they have that good energy and ready to help or to answer for certain requests in a very polite and friendly manner, I know there is a place where the employees are treated good, with respect and apreciated, therefore a good customer experience comes as a natural result. We had a very good breakfast every morning (cold cuts, fruits, fresh croissant, cakes, coffee) and some platters in certain evenings. Even if we decided on last minute, Rosario was very kind to allow us to participate together with a group at a wine factory tour, which ended with a wine tasting session and cold cuts & cheese platters. They helped us with reccommendation for local restaurants, local products store, etc. We had a wonderful stay at Fibbiano and we would choose again this location in Tuscany. In terms of reccommendations I have one: mosquito nets at the windows would be highly appreciated. At least in my case that I am not at all friend with the insects, it would offer me a huge comfort to leave the windows open :-) Keep up the good work guys! We hope to meet again! Elena&Cosmin
