We unexpectedly had to stay in Moraira for a few days and were looking for a hotel. We ended up at Swiss Hotel Moraira. It looked reasonable on booking so we thought we would take this hotel, it was the only hotel that still had availability. However, we couldn't find two rooms next to each other via Booking so we called the hotel. Here we told them that we wanted to stay for three nights with 3 young children. We got two rooms, later they called to say that a mistake had been made and we would get a suite and a room, because there was nothing else. Upon arrival, the manager's face immediately turned half past six, not a single smile or a single friendly expression. We did not even receive any explanation from the Hotel and were only given the key to the room, we had to ask for everything ourselves. This was already a special experience. Everything went with a lot of effort, pool towels were a discussion, did we really need 5? Yes, there are five of us, so please. The guests at the swimming pool looked at us like, what are you doing here with 3 children? We were at the pool for two hours a day, we were looked away, and we also said shhh to our children, just take it easy, don't play. Hello, let children aged 4-7 act like adults on holiday. Not healthy. Not much later the manager came to tell us that the guests were not happy with our children, they were playing. After all the seemingly difficult actions of the staff, we were of course on edge, but when it was also said that we were bad parents, this Mr. Pancake was over. If you want a hotel where children are not welcome, make that clear, put it on the booking site, tell them on the phone. Express it, but this behavior is not acceptable. The manager told us that in Spain she was not allowed to advertise it on booking sites and was not allowed to tell anyone. We had this investigated immediately and it is nonsense, not correct. Later we looked at the website and it says that people with children are discouraged from coming, as well as a whole story that they would like to become adults only, have nothing for children, etc. However, you have to read the site first. At the very least, this could have been reported when booking and calling. Anyway, for us it was an incredibly rude and ill-mannered hotel. Three days of the holiday were also ruined and we had to pay for it, a sad thing. Then briefly about the hotel; - the coffee service in the room is sachets of instant coffee; coffee is not available because the manager has no cups (he only makes coffee with a real machine for himself) and at breakfast you get coffee and milk from a machine?; - an ice coffee is a hot coffee with a block of ice in it. Inquiries revealed that the man who made it did not know how to do it (google?) - The staff at the bar consisted of students who were telling each other how to do it, who, in addition to serving clumsily and clumsily, could hardly speak English; - If you ask for sheets the manager doesn't know where they
