Premier Inn Tewkesbury

The hotel itself was absolutely fine, clean, quiet, reliable (although the mattress was too soft and probably needs replacing). The breakfast experience, however, which is supposedly the pride of a Premier Inn, was utterly disappointing and not worth it. The coffee machine was broken, with no signage; it just produced lots of steam, which could have easily scalded someone... Good thing I had brought coffee grounds and a plunger cafetiere with me, which I did not hesitate to bring over after seeing the state of the coffee machine. Very limited continental breakfast options. No tongs to pick slices of toast. No unlimited breakfast as advertised, they just came and took your order once. Maybe it's because it's a Brewers Fayre rather than an embedded restaurant, but still... We even turned up at 9pm for a quick drink, and they had stopped serving!

The hotel was what i expect from Premier Inn, however the staff in the restaurant had just been notified of closure and there attitude reflected this. Basic things like Coffee machine not working and no orange juice, poorly cooked breakfast and staff with a poor attitude is not conducive to making the stay enjoyable. I wont stay in Premier Inns until their restructure is completed.

Great location just of the M5, easy to find. Large car park, remember to put your registration number in at reception. The receptionist wasn’t very welcoming, felt like I was an inconvenience booking in. Very regimented. Staff in the restaurant were more friendly, although busy. The room was quiet even though it overlooked a road. Great night’s sleep. Food was good and the breakfast was nice, plenty of choice.

Everything brilliant staff amazing and friendly from housekeeping to reception team always ready to help Lovely clean hotel and food good in the restaurant next door . Nice place to stop to see family easy parking. Just a lovely place to stop over

Very disappointed with the way staff dealt with parking. I was not asked for my reg details on arrival. Then two weeks later i was sent a penalty notice. Premier Inn staff did nothing to help me appeal against this. the website of the Horizon company had nothing on it i could find to raise an appeal. I eventually managed to lodge an appeal on a different website to the portal Premier Inn and Horizon pointed me to. Dreadful way to deal with paying customers. Wont be staying there again.

We stayed in Tewkesbury premier inn while we were visiting family, the check in was very good and we were provided with all the relevant information. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. All the team that we saw were very pleasant.

I was Here for a training close to this hotel, coming from France I don't know what happen about English hotel and meal and I was relly surprised about the quality of bed, breakfast. If I could come back i will choose this hotel again.

Hotel clean and tidy as expected. £10.99 for cooked breakfast was not worth it! Sausages had been cooked for 24 hrs at least, fried eggs not fully cooked. Staff were busy chatting so just left as needed to be on the motorway.

TV sound is set by head office at such a low level it can't be heard and can not be altered by reception .despite the fact that many guests report this as an issue.it really spoilt my stay. Reception staff just said there was nothing they could do
