Very poor service. Got in town super late to visit my mom who’d had a mild stroke. 10 min before arriving booked a room. The algorithm booked it for the next night since it was after midnight.
The hotel refused to refund, despite buying another night. Also wouldn’t give any consideration to discount the cost of 2 rooms since they had no 2 bed rooms available. And didn’t care that we had to make an unexpected trip and were getting to bed at 3 am, AND I am a hotel reward member, refused a late checkout request.
Thank goodness the cleaning crew had enough wits and agency to allow us a little extra time.
